I ordered a tv stand and a painting in your shop in Brussels on the 3rd of November and was quoted a delivery time of 4 weeks, with a maximum delay of one week including the delivery. I insisted that I needed the furniture and the painting to be delivered and installed before Christmas.
Therefore, last week, I contacted your delivery service in Belgium and was told that the order would arrive in your premises in Belgium on Friday December 7th and could be delivered as of Monday December 10th. I told them that I would phone back in a few days, as I needed to take the day off to be at home.
I phoned back this morning (12/12/2018) to organise the delivery and was told that the delivery is delayed and will only arrive in Belgium next week Friday 21st of December and that they do not deliver and install before January 7th 2019 at the earliest !
This is NOT ACCEPTABLE, I am angry, as your company is not respecting its commitments in term of delivery or shown any flexibility in order to make up for its errors by delivering it before Christmas ! read more
