I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from LampTwist to think very carefully before…read morehanding over their money. I ordered two vases on 30 May and paid £420.67. The advertised delivery timeframe was one week. That was a key reason I placed the order. It is now almost three months later and I still have no vases. LampTwist later promised delivery on 7 August. That date passed and nothing arrived. I have now been told that one vase is in their warehouse, while the larger vase apparently has not even been made yet. Even more concerning, the website still appears to advertise a one-week delivery timeframe for this vase. After waiting almost three months for an item that has apparently not even been manufactured, I find that delivery information completely misleading. The customer service has been appalling. LampTwist permanently states in its website footer that it responds within 2-3 working days. In reality, getting a response takes a week if you are lucky. This week alone I sent five emails asking for a basic update on my £420.67 order. All five were ignored. I then asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. Still no response. LampTwist has now been holding £420.67 of my money for almost three months while failing to deliver within either the original timeframe or the later promised date, and now failing even to respond to basic enquiries. Delays are one thing. Taking hundreds of pounds, missing promised delivery dates and then ignoring repeated customer emails is another. I would not trust this company with another order.

A reasonable, straightforward question that any competent business could answer in five minutes. Instead, I was met with a wall of absolute silence. I sent EIGHT separate emails over the course of those three weeks. Not one. Single. Reply. Let that sink in: Eight ignored messages. No "we're looking into it," no "let me check," no "sorry for the delay." Just radio silence. It takes more effort to ignore a customer eight times than it does to send a two-sentence courtesy reply. Lamptwist clearly has no problem taking your money, but the moment you need a shred of transparency or basic customer service, they vanish into thin air. If they can't even manage a simple status update, what makes you think they can manage your order? Do yourself a massive favor and buy from literally any other brand that actually has a functioning customer support team. This is hands-down the worst service I have ever experienced. Avoid at all costs.
