Similar to a car you need to be 16 to drive one so my 11 year old daughter was on the back of mine and my 6 and 9 year old sons joined my husband. We met Dominic at the Pioneer Park- boat ramps in Deerfield Beach. Please note that this location is different than the address on the Yelp review since we were a bit confused ourselves. We started off slow getting used to the jet skis and also admiring the beautiful homes on the intercoastal. Then for about 30-45 minutes we got to go as fast as we could zipping over massive waves and holding on for dear life. I thought we were speed demons, but my thrill seeking daughter kept yelling at me that I wasn't going fast enough. My 9 year old son did fall off the back of my husband's jet ski, but he claimed that was the most fun part of the excursion. .And Dominic was nearby the entire time to help out in these situations and more, but overall we felt very safe. 1.5 hours was perfect and everyone had a great time. They declared it their favorite day in South Florida and made us promise we'll rent jet skis again on a future trip. Done!

People walking up on the beach asking the price were told $150, so the $30 reservation was pretty meaningless and seemed to be just an extra charge. We overslept for the sunrise but got here in time to find plenty of parking at 8am. The parking lot…read moreabsolutely fills up during the morning as there were people circling around when we departed at around 10am. The park spans both sides of the land with features on both the Intracoastal Waterway side of A1A and the ocean side with a narrow pedestrian walkway under the bridge on both sides of the inlet. A playground, restrooms, park space and then the "show" of watching boaters try to make their way. It's a tremendous thing to watch as these folks go too slow or too fast against the current and around the small bend to get between the Ocean and the Inlet. Sadly, I've only been able to see them on the Youtube channel as the two boats this morning both chickened out. Still, a fabulous spot to get near the water and beaches. TL;DR: sunset obstructed by multimillion dollar homes, does not go into open ocean, bring a warm…read morejacket (for when sun sets during winter), hard to hear intercom if at bow of yacht TIPS: - If you want to hear the fun facts that the captain tells during the cruise, do not sit at the bow because you will not be able to hear anything clearly. - Bring a warm jacket if going to a dinner cruise in winter. - Expect no clear sunset views. I went on the Dinner Cruise in December. Service: Wait in line to be boarded, check in, go hang out anywhere (inside, front/back of lower deck, front/back of upper deck), food will be served to you whenever you seat yourself (I was served at 5:30pm), non alcoholic drinks are complimentary at the bar otherwise it's BYOB. Fun cruise experience. I get sea sick and was not sea sick at all during the entire cruise. The front of the yacht can be really windy so keep that in mind, especially once the sun sets because it can get cold during winter. The yacht only travels intercostally, no open sea. That being said, it was iron and sad to see the beautiful picturesque sunset being obstructed by all the multimillion dollar homes lining waterway. Side salad of mixed greens, cucumber, shredded carrot, and grape tomato (ranch or vinaigrette dressing) was served alongside Lasagna topped with Italian sausage and a slice of garlic buttered French bread. It was all very homemade tasting and yummy! For dessert, a square slice of carrot cake was served, not too sweet and very satisfying (however, it does contain walnuts so beware if you have allergies).

It was my birthday and those who came forward were able to steer the boat for a few minutes. It was 5:35 and "bam" we made a u-turn. Yup, dinner was ready and warm lasagna and salad for all. Listen don't come for gourmet food, it may be Stouffers, with a great salad and garlic bread, but you are on a boat with 40 people. It was very enjoyable 5 star, maybe not; but the wife and I enjoyed it. Remember to bring your alcohol.
