I went to Boca Auto Tag and Title to get personalized plate. I paid the processing fee, after one monthbthey contact me and informed me that my personalized plate was reserved and itvwill take three months! One month later I get a new motorcycle and went to their officebto inform them about the change and update the VIN# and suddenly they already have the plate!!! They claim they sent email but I never received any email from them or phone call!! They said they can transfer the new motorcycle and it will be fast and charged me another $85, one week later they called me and told me that there is a issue and they are working on it! I waited for two weeks and call them again and they told me same thing and ask me to contact the dealership because DMV still not updated. I called the dealership and they said everything complete and they are sending me registration and the plate. Called back to Boca Auto Tag and explain what dealership told me and after brief hold they said oh, ok we will process with DMV! Bottom line is, theyvare not professional, you havevto follow up. They are not proactive, rather reactive! Now O have to put reminder on my calendar to follow up. read more

I used these people last Friday they told me 3 to 5 days to get my work for Business not for pleasure. One week later nobody called. I called this morning nobody called me back. I called back again and they said it should be in at 1:30 and they will let me know. Nobody called nobody let me know yes or no. Finally, when I got done work and called again now amazingly they have it but they're closing and nobody can wait for me and they have no way to leave my stuff behind as they leave. Very upsetting I would avoid this company. Super unprofessional and disappointing to leave somebody hanging like that. When I go in on Monday I'm going to tell them to their face. read more

I have used Boca Auto Tag and Title maybe a dozen times in the last 2 or 3 years. Every time they deliver exactly what they promised me they would do. And, since I have deal with some out of state vehicles, I especially like that I can call them before hand, ask them what I need and gather my documentation and have it all together before I drop it off. Don't...just don't. They answer the phone and send you the paperwork but once you leave it with then it sits in their office for DAYS before they send it to DMV. So their "7-10 business days" is a lie from the get go. They don't even let you know you can't walk into the office ahead of time! Working through the car window is absurd! read more

I had a great experience with Jessica at this location! She came out and explained to me and my family how to properly do my tag and title transfer and answered all of our questions. I had a poor experience with some of my paperwork as it was put on hold and I was not notified but Jessica's professionalism and kindness made up for the inconvenience. She was truly a ray of sunshine and remembered exactly who I was when I came to get my tag and title. I would come back next time for sure. read more

Came to This place because I was in a jam and needed my title quickly and didn't have time to wait in huge line to change my title over. So I paid a extra $150 to this business to transfer my title. Young girl said it would be 3/4 business days. Called back on 3rd and 4th business day and they gave me no update on when my title would be done. Then I called back and I asked when it would be ready and see told me that "it's not her fault the dmv people are short staffed and didn't know when it would be done.. as a paying customer. Paying for a "premium" service and ZERO communication about any delays or issues.. just make you wait until they get it .... rude and unprofessional... why am I the customer constantly calling you after I paid 150$ EXTRA for this service... WAY TO EXPENSIVE AND NOT EVEN GOOD SERVICE. STAY AWAY! A simple phone call updating your PAYING customers would go a long way.. read more

Not the place to go if you want to transfer your title and get a tag. I called and they said they can handle my request. When I showed up they informed me that they can't do it the same day and they charge an additional fee of $170 over the actual costs (they did not have the courtesy of telling me on the phone about the outrageous charge). I left and went down the road to Hillsboro (just east of Powerline) and got everything done for $200... AND walked away with my plate and registration right then. You have to be nuts to go there when there are places that will not overcharge you, and are quicker! read more

Absolutely horrible customer service they are just plain rude Be ready to wait they don't answer the phone it takes them forever to register boat car or anything. Their insurance prices are uncompetitive and they deal with the worst insurance companies. read more
