If it's something I need I can have it forward it. I would say there are top-tier and one of the best mail services in the area. I find them a lot more affordable than using the US post office for a PO Box. Mary helped us and said it would take 2-3 business days for processing, but that it would likely be back on Thursday. Thursday came and went and we heard nothing. On Friday afternoon, I called and was told the registration was still not back, and that since Monday was a holiday, it would likely be Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. As you can imagine, I was not happy. Much to my surprise, late Monday afternoon, I received a text stating the registration was ready for pickup. This morning, my brother arranged for a friend to drive him there, which took an hour of his time and theirs. Upon arrival, he was handed the registration but there was no required yellow sticker! When he asked for the sticker, he was informed that their courier didn't get one and it would now be ANOTHER 2 to 3 business days to get the sticker. This is simply unacceptable. We could have gone to any number of other places and had the tag back within two business days. We chose this location because it seemed to be most convenient, but this has been nothing short of a MAJOR inconvenience. I would NOT recommend this business to others.
