But we got crossed wires about feet and meters. So when I arrived, I was shocked to see I had booked a cupboard for 2 vans worth of stuff. So Geoff-who was working the reception was very polite and professional and got me another room. When I finally got everything's in, I only needed half of it, so Geoff came to the rescue again and found me another smaller room that fitted everything and saving me quite a considerable amount of money. I can't thank him enough, he could quite easily have just said- that's what you got. But he went out of his way to help. A very rare thing these days. Great customer service. Thanks Geoff.

They…read moreminipulate you with the qoutes enticing you in until you have your belongings in there possesion and then they sting you with small print they've never discussed. On the first of each month you will have to pay for the month in advance with a lump some (£201!) after not stating how much itll be until the day its due. They clearly state that you get the first month free on the websites and quotes (not the rest of the month free from when you move in). Il be writing reviews everywhere i can to warn others of their scamming ways.

do not under any circumstance use these people. i stored my stuff in there while i was living…read moreabroad for three months and despite their assurance their rooms were dry and free from damp their roof caved in and all my stuff was ruined by damp and mould and their plasterboard roof. it destroyed an expensive sofa and lots of new clothes i had bought in readiness before starting a new job. upon dealing with the insurance claim , despite the fact it was entirely their fault they have waited a whole six weeks before even putting my insurance claim forward and no doubt will argue about every penny. only use if you don't care about any of your stuff and want to have it all ruined and be treated incredibly badly. horrible horrible unprofessional business. my large dwell sofa was covered in damp and this all happened before christmas so i had nowhere to sleep or put my guests over the festive period so these guys are basically the grinch and they don't care
