Hi, my name Darren and I have been working within the removal industry now for over 15 years. I have personally worked on many high profile customer jobs, many celebrities and government officials. I fully understand the need for privacy and professionalism goes without saying when you deal with clients personal possessions. So after a long haul working in Europe and mainland UK and not really getting further up the career ladder in the last five years I decided it was time to go into business for myself and give customers the high quality of move I am used to but with my own branded name and company.

absolute joke from start to finish…read more they quote" it gets there when it gets there" no guarantees on delivery dates, or collections. do not book with these clowns unless your daft.

Worst transport (And possibly in general) company I ever dealt with…read more I paid extra to have the pallet collected faster than usual on 28/03 and they missed the collection and delivery date. After delivered on 04/04 (Late) I saw that I had some broken tiles in the order and contacted them to activate the insurance (I had paid extra insurance btw) Received no feedback from them despite repeated attempts but eventually I was contacted by the insurance company with whom I filled a claim and the company paid national pallets the insurance money. Insurance company paid National Pallets the excess money on 01/06. Since then (1 and a half month later) I have contacted repeatedly (Maybe more than 20 times) National Pallets to receive that money and all I get is the run around. Either someone is not available, or they escalated to manager xyz, and how sympatethic they are to my problem but no payment yet, they haven't even told me how much they will pay. This is either a company without money in the bank and about to go bankrupt or they are deliberately ripping off customers in the transport fees and insurance payouts. Either way, stay clear of them. I regret the day I decided to pay them to transport pallets for me
