They are holding my car hostage behind locked gates after the cops had them tow it the other night and they are acting as if it is their property. My insurance does not have local adjusters so im having to get photos of it myself and they are acting as if it is such a problem that I have to go get more photos because my insurance is being difficult with the photos. I wouldn't trust them to fix my car or tow it again. This is the worst experience I've ever encountered and hopefully the last time I need to use a company like this.

The Lord made a way for us to get back on the road and led us to Bill, the shop owner. Bill stayed after hours with my husband and figured out what the issue was... his compassion and care meant everything. I have never in my life went through an ordeal like this from any mechanic. This guy first of all…read morelied about what he had done to my vehicle. He first hit me with a bill for over 3k for a vehicle that broke down within 20 minutes. Took the vehicle back and he charged another $1600.00. Same thing happened within a day. We noticed he didn't put the fuel filter back in the truck. His response was it was on purpose. He then wanted to charge us again for the same issues. We declined to pay him again for work we have already paid for. We sent a wrecker to take our truck to a competent company only to have it blocked in twice. We approached him civil and calm where he proceeded to provoke a response with insults . We have documented every conversation and videos of every interaction with this immature young kid. We picked our truck up finally after refusing to take no for an answer. We have video of our truck setting on the rollback that shows parts were missing. Coolant wad pouring out because he decided to take all the things we were supposed to have paid for and stuck them on the passenger side seat full of diesel fuel and oil. I texted the owner Jackson and told him i will be seeing him in court. He sends me a text back with his attorneys name. That was a stupid response. We have since then gathered all the documentation, recordings and text with time stamps. I understand people may say why spend 10k on an attorney to recover our initial loss. Our vehicle was a work vehicle very important to our operation. We have lost way more money than i can put into words. He thinks he can intimidate people. Ive been a business owner for 30 years and believe me we will get justice for such a blatant fraud. The mechanics we took it to have sent the parts off to a certified company after concluding the parts left were not even new as he had stated. They were also broken from lack of knowledge from this guy. I employ anyone in my community to go somewhere else. Don't walk away from this place . Run away. This guy will eventually quit riding the reviews of the previous owners of DOCs. What could he improve? First his integrity He could also go take a couple year class in Automotive Diesel repair. I would suggest he take another class in Business and customer service. He thinks this will go away. There's nothing he could do but refund our money on everything including an additional $600 in towing cost. I have only put the facts on here . DONT EVER TAKE A VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE. I stayed with my car and they provided transportation for my lunch party back to work. They were able to patch the tire and it took about an hour just like they said. Despite the fact they had a steady stream of business, they handled my issue in a timely manner and I noticed that they took care of everyone in the same manner. It has been a long time since I have been at a Goodyear, but looks like I will be returning. Thanks to the entire crew.
