Some of their things are reasonably priced and offer tshirts that you don't typically find. For example, I wanted a printed white tshirt that had an Ed Hardy-ish geisha girl on it, and it was tastefully done. It was waayyyy too clingy for my taste, however. Only $15. There were hairclips for $1.50 that would have suited my six year old as well. Surprisingly reasonable. All their shoes are $20, and would be great if that was your style, but for me, they looked too uncomfortable (read: high high heels), not made of leather and not my taste. You never know what you'll find here, so I always peek in if I'm in the area. I was tempted to get their lip plumping gloss (only $3!) but it contained menthol, which I'm allergic to...

The repair work was clean, the new zippers function perfectly, and the jackets look restored without losing any of their character. Highly recommend. 5/5

I would put 100% trust in Ralph because he has been in the business for many years. We went to every furniture store in Sacramento and we would end up back at Shannon's House based on Ralph. Could we find a couch or sectional cheaper that may look like what Shannon's House offered, yes, however it was not the same or same quality. What we saw elsewhere, Shannon's house was cost comparable but way higher quality. Shannon's House and Ralph are a family business and that is what makes them great. They are not buying one item, in container loads from Asia, these are high quality American products made in America. Yes, we had a wait but well worth it! Walk in, and walk all the floors. Get with Ralph, he has amazing knowledge and he will ensure you get what is right for you. Much better than the chain stores.

Randy is professional and incredibly thorough. He examined the dash closely, explained what was causing the blemish, and laid out a few solutions so I could decide what made sense for me. He also went out of his way to help with things that had nothing to do with the dash. When I mentioned some other needs, he connected me with other professionals he trusts. Randy is very well networked, and it's clear he's made a lot of meaningful connections over his years in this business. That kind of generosity is rare. After a bit of friendly phone tag, I connected with the owner, Randy. Randy took the time to educate me (quite thoroughly) on the leather cleaning business, including the various types of leather that furniture is made from. He wanted to make sure I understood what I was asking for. I learned so much from him, however due to personal issues he wasn't able to do the work at the time. But he kindly referred me to an associate company he was familiar with called Fibre Clean. A company which he was familiar with that did equally excellent work. He promptly forwarded my name to them and I got a call back from the Fibre Clean owner right away! The work has been completed and now my old furniture looks beautiful again! Very high quality work as well as top notch customer service and communication. My furniture looks brand new and I am so pleased! I would definitely recommend a call to either of them if you need any type of leather cleaning and conditioning done. They not only work on furniture but also auto upholstery, boat upholstery and more!

I was surprised when I looked at my receipt after walking out the door to find only the necklace was given 20% off. I considered going back in but right after we left, the boutique closed. It is not worth $3 to make a special trip to the village but will I go in there again? Nope. Also there were wallets that had $10 tags on them so we picked one. For some reason I was charged $14. I can say the gal that helped was very friendly.
