They did such a nice job that I gave them another rug to clean that had several stains from my kids that I never thought would come out, but they were able to clean them and the rug looked great when they returned it. They look absolutely brand new. I had forgotten how vivid the colors were! The dog chewed a corner of a wonderful Tibetan rug which really broke my heart. Now one would never know there had been damage. Another old Tibetan rug I picked up second hand. After it came back from cleaning the dull yellow became a bright deep yellow. It doesn't even look like the same rug! On the bigger rugs there were areas where the binding had fallen apart. Now they're as good as new.
