For project accuracy, our written acknowledgment was that the contracted physical construction work…read morehad been completed and that we were electing not to request additional corrective or cosmetic work. That should not be interpreted as satisfaction with the workmanship, project management, communication, or overall experience. The ensuing phones calls, the upset of myself and my mother, the confusion of the delivery men standing in my invalid mother's living room--this was not worth dismissing the $45 delivery charge and apologetically leaving the rugs due to their own mistake!
