I mistakenly deleted a link to the billing for the month. I reached out to Mr. James for another copy. I informed him of my personal tragedy, during a brief conversation. Mr. James showed compassion and shared about a tragedy he endured .His humanity and kind consideration was uplifting. He dropped replacement lights a crew member damaged earlier in the year. He also left condolences flowers and pardoned the invoicing. We all go about our lives, not realizing what our fellow men and women may be going through. Mr. James went above and beyond by taking the time to listen and show an act of kindness. I am extremely grateful to have such a professional, kind, thoughtful and faith-filled person maintaining my yard. I highly recommend and plan to utilize Trifecta for my yard care needs.

I had one of their Wednesday Hot Dog Specials - The Chili Dog and it didn't disappoint. It came with fries and I added a Pepsi to round out the order. I left full and couldn't even finish my meal. The price was great given the quantity of food that they provide. The ambiance of the restaurant is that of a neighborhood grill & restaurant in a South Carolina small town. Everyone seemed to know everyone else, but the restaurant treats non-locals with the same respectful hospitality. It's not an upscale Snoddy restaurant, but it's also not a "dive". The atmosphere shows the owners support of their community with many local high school football jerseys and other items framed on the walls from former local greats. The bar area has large screen TVs to show the next great sporting event that you want to watch with your friends. It's much like a small town "Cheers". I definitely recommend The Wiz and look forward to my next visit.

After getting bids from three companies, I went with Carolina Conditions. They were the lowest cost ($4,500 under my highest bid) and could do it in the most timely manner. Of course during the day I had numerous questions, and each one was answered with easy to understand replies. I have never reviewed any other company but I feel I must warn people about this company. They did…read morea terrible job at my home in Lexington, S.C. I had to have all the work redone by another company and it cost a lot of money. The county inspectors, Dominion Energy and two master electricians from other companies looked at their work and were shocked at the poor workmanship. They left the outside meter box in an unsafe condition with exposed wires and dangling master on/off switch. They used the wrong wiring and the wrong sized breaker in the inside breaker boxes. They destroyed every surge protector in the house as well as several appliances. They offered to fix some of it, but after seeing the quality of their work, I was not willing to trust them again. They were also way too dismissive of the scope of the problems they had caused; arguing that it wasn't going to require much to fix things. I felt like they focused on the need to avoid costs of repair rather than how to make things right in what was clearly a major screwup by a new employee who was way in over his head on this job. Add to all this, they said they would compensate me for some of the cost of fixing their mess and I never saw a cent. The company may be okay for HVAC work but I sure don't recommend them for electrical work.
