My Bride and I came here a couple weeks ago to look at Grills and a Big Green Egg. The young man was knowledgeable but he really encouraged us to come back and speak to Donnie. So I go in and asked again, can u pls possibly show me how to get it or help me order it? She clearly didn't wanna help me so it's ok so I left. After a while I still had issues locating it, so I called again. First Lady didn't wanna bother, transford me to another lady in the back. She was so bad, she was condescending and being such a smart A, telling me pull up the website so I did. And what pulled up was somehow different from what she was seeing. She's talking down on me telling sir idk what you're but this is what I'm seeing, insensitive to what I'm viewing she just didn't care to see my point of view. I'm doing everything you're telling me mama but I'm not getting what you're getting, after a while of going no where I just hung up and decided to go elsewhere. Idk if I'll go back there. Not sure if it's even worth it anymore. To think I use to think they were the absolute best. Their customer service is really below par now that I think of it. I would've easily given them 5star if not more.

The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, walking us through everything from choosing the right plants to properly potting and caring for them. There was a great selection of vegetables, herbs, flowers, and other plants--I saw everything from cabbage, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts to basil, thyme, mint, chives, and eucalyptus. I loved that they had local vendors as well. One of my favorite parts was the hands-on planting portion. It was informative without feeling overwhelming, and I definitely walked away knowing more than when I came in. The whole place has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, and you can tell the people here genuinely enjoy helping others grow things successfully. Whether you already have a green thumb or, like me, could use a little guidance , Seven Oaks Plant Shop is definitely worth checking out. I went to two Sherwin-Williams stores with the specific purpose of buying a can of paint. They were determined not to sell me anything. First I drove to the store on Garners Ferry Rd. The only employee was a young girl, who told me that since this is for a truck, then I must go to a different automotive store that was miles away and unnecessary. I asked her to forget that this is for a truck. Please give me a can of whatever paint is capable of going on plastic and is all-weather. She could not tell me the type of paint I would need, but again told me the only paints that Sherwin-Williams sells that will meet my needs are at that other automotive branch. I left. Since another Sherwin-Williams store was nearby on Millwood Ave., I decided to try my luck with that store. I again found that the store was staffed only by one young girl. I told her I spilled some paint on my flatbed liner, and I needed an all-weather paint capable of going on plastic. She said she needed to call someone and ask. The person she called was that same girl at the first location, who told her that I must go to this automotive store. Of course, she could also not tell me as a customer the type of paint I needed for my project. So I came home. Sad that I will have to find my paint in the morning instead of having the paint on hand. I'll find the paint I need tomorrow, no help from Sherwin-Williams.
