I walked in on a Thursday afternoon because I had a slow leak in my Jeep tire. They were very busy and short handed and wouldn't be able to get to me ( it was late in the afternoon). My 2012 County country minivan had to be towed to Bobby's Tire Discounters and they told me that the starter was bad. Same thing that the tow truck driver thought was wrong with it. They had it ready in a day and a half running great at a good price I will go back. I recommend this establishment. It is well lit after dark to keep cars and customer safe. read more

I have taken my car to Bobby's on and off for over 3 years and have never had a problem. Both places have worked on my car without anything going wrong after being serviced. The management team always lets you know in advance what is wrong with you car and cost, mechanics always takes care of any problem you have. I wanted to follow up with a recent review. The regional manager for this company decided to give me a call ONLY after a bad review on YELP. WEEKS went by getting the run around about a refund by TWO managers that thought I should be compensated for the disgusting treatment I received. This guy Joel Foster called me after he saw his name in a review here after weeks of being ignored. I don't know who the owner thinks he is but he definitely needs to take an emotional intelligence class to better understand and handle frustrated customers. Been going here for about 3 years. Had no issues with getting my oil changed on my old vehicle. I recently purchased a new vehicle and I decided to take my car here to get my first oil change, since I had been going here for awhile. Got the oil changed and the car was doing fine, about a week later I had 4 lights pop on in the car. I then took my car to an auto store so they could do a reading, they told me it had something to do with the oil. I scheduled an appointment with my dealer so see what the issue was. Someone at Bobby's put a hole in the filter and my car was loosing oil pretty quickly. Long story short, they changed the oil again and I didn't have to pay since they MESSED up. Brought my car in for oil change. 200 miles later engine started rattling. Parked car on side of the road, checked oil, 4 guards low. Oil pumping out the top of the oil filter. Engine covered in oil. Put 4 quarts of oil in it and returned it to Bobby's. Found that they twisted the o ring on the filter. Now the engine is rattling on startup periodically. Took it back they kept it two days and said they checked it and didn't hear anything, I went to start it and it rattled. The manager is rude and condensing and is treating me like it's my fault not his. Oil change 101. Change oil check level bring up to operating temp. Check plug and filter for leaks. Wife said she smelled oil when. She picked it up.my family has used Bobby's for over 30 years for all my tires and oil changes and service work on my granddaughters car. You've lost my trust and my business. I guess my next stop is at my lawyers since the manager told me if that was what I needed to do, do it. Don't trust your car to these people. read more

This is a great auto services store in town. The guys there know what they're talking about and the guy who ran diagnostics on our car was straight forward and seemed to really have the customer's interests and means in mind. Yes, their tires are a bit expensive, but you're really paying for knowledge and know how. These guys are experts after all. read more

These guys have lost my business, permanently!USED to Get all my tires and alignment done here, spend an avg of 2000$ a year in tires between 4 vehicles. I don't know what mechanics they hired in the last year, but they don't know a torque spec from gigabyte! This is the SECOND time I could not get my tires off because they over tightened the lugs SO bad my 250ft lb torque air gun could not loosen 3 of the 5. One lug started stripping so I tried getting in to have the mechanic TRY to get the tire off that had the slow leak. As always they were TOO busy to slip me in for 20 min job ( all I wanted to do was have them loosen the lugs. The last time(February) they had to loosen the lugs I waited patiently as they "bent over backwards " to loosen and rotate, I don't think they did anything because I have the same problem with the same side tires. Can't prove it but feel they straight up lied to me. Service clerk Will couldn't seem to figure out a solution for same day so he passed me over to Pete who's only solution was for me to bring it in the next day....oh wait I'm out of town which I told them about 5x. This is their mechanics failure and they want to try and handle me like I'm gonna keep giving these jokers businesses. All my tires are under warranty so they have to cover this. Petes last words to me as I walked out with 1000$ of new tires on my car was... " bring the car in anytime we'll get u taken care of" LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE! They like to over torque the shit out of your lug nuts to the point of where brake rotors warp and also never calls back when car is done. Better off visiting your local shade tree mechanic than these clowns. Trash service read more
