Nice little neighborhood spot with mostly German-Thai food. Friendly service. The food.. well, I tried a few things. The Panang curry was bland, and while the dish usually comes flavorful, with with potaoes, some kaffir lime leaves, peanuts, this one had the same vegetable ingredients as the other curries and tasted just salty. The food generally felt like it was done with the ingredients available in a standard German supermarket... Another dish with curried vegetables had nice tofu, but the brown sauce didn't really have anything interesting to it. The tom ka gai soup was quite nice, I would say. There were something they called "wontons", which is Chinese (normally filled with shrimp/chicken), but they make it as "fried wontons", which is American Chinese. These were filled with cheese, and I think it's the kind you get at American-Chinese fast food chains. So, not my cup of tea.
Again, nice neighborhood pub with outdoor seating. They have local beer, so I'd come for that. read more
