I had no Problem paying the $15,000.00, but then I was also charged for the use of my credit card. I was charged 3%, $450.00! I told her I was never told about the surcharge, and I'll pay cash, check, anything, but I'm not going to pay the $450.00. She said no, I called the bank, to dispute the $450.00, and then she dropped me as a patient. I just gave her $15,000,00, but yet she wouldnt let the surcharge go, or willing for me to pay cash or check. If I knew about the credit card surcharge, I would not have used the credit card .She left me discussed that she is that greedy.

I always scheduled early morning appointments since I suffer from cluster headaches and prefer to get in and out quickly, and I made them aware of this. I've never missed an appointment. In recent years, prices have kept going up, and now there's even a new credit card fee. I still planned to keep going because I liked that Dr. Dijour's office was clean and well maintained, and in the past, I had recommended them to friends and family. My appointment today was set for 8:45 AM, but last week I was out of town and accidentally left my phone at home. When I got back Sunday night, I saw their text and confirmed as usual before going to bed. When I arrived this morning, I was told my appointment was removed because they require confirmation 24 hours in advance. I don't recall being told that, but I could understand it. Still, given my perfect attendance, I expected some benefit of the doubt. Instead, they only offered me a new afternoon slot, knowing I only do early mornings. I honestly feel this was intentional. I've also informed the receptionist in the past that any calls or messages must come from a phone that is in my contacts because my phone is set up only to accept phone numbers in it, if not it will not ring. Anyway, it time to try someone new just a few blocks down on 516 in Old Bridge.

I went to have a Crown replacement.First they have all my anssurance information.they check me and I was waiting for doctor Eugene Isola to come discuss my health plan with me when he get into the room he ask me who's gonna pay for the service his gonna provide me.I was in shock when he said that,but I stayed calm and I respond to him my assurance will pay for it and if my assurance doesn't pay I will pay for it, so eventually my assurance paid for a part and I paid for the rest, so the day I went to have the crown installed so what he did he put a post on top of the previous post I had on the tooth and he cracked my tooth through my bones even he knew he cracked my tooth he still installed the crown and he send me home with my gum bleeding and he didn't take any xray to make sure the crown have been place correctly to my natural tooth and he didn't check my bite. He installed the crown in 5 minutes, later that day after the anesthesia is gone my head my face was pounding I was on so much pain I called the office the next day his assistant told me the doctor said take a advil I don't have to come to the office. please black people stay away from this place.

I did my research and Dr. Champagne's credentials were top notch ( despite the fact it was a 45 min drive). Years later, and a considerable amount of work done, it is the best choice I made. Dr. Champagne and his team are extremely professional, personable and very customer focused. Their office team is very organized and work with my insurance seamlessly - makes it easy for me as it gets complicated. Most importantly, both he and Inga (his collegaue) ,have a very delicate working style which is rare from my experience- I learned the hard way. At the end of the day, their work speaks for themselves. Very pleased with their team! In sum, It's worth the drive and I wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

That seem to go really well except I was told I had a cavity that I should have filled. So I made a follow up appointment. When I returned, everything seemed fine at first. He started working on the cavity as normal, then all of a sudden, he told me that I needed a root canal. This was going to cost a lot more money, and he started shoving papers in front of me to sign. Now I'm basically stuck at this point, he and technicians really pressured me into signing some paperwork so he could perform a root canal which I honestly think was completely unnecessary. It was probably the worst dental experience of my entire life. I have never had a root canal before, nor have I ever had one since. Now there's a dead tooth in my mouth, which has been a source of misery for me ever since that day. I would not trust this guy to give you an honest evaluation, and highly suspect that he basically cons people into having expensive and completely unnecessary dental work. I kick myself for not taking him to court. I only hope this review saves some other people from having unnecessary dental procedures performed by this swindler.

Dr Stramback explains the process / offers suggestions but the final decision is always the patients. In the past I've tried other dentist in the Old Bridge area. I was not satisfied with the treatment or wait ( i.e. appointment is at 3pm - they finally see you at 4pm). Acadia Dental knows you are on a schedule and sees you when you are scheduled. I asked about using laughing gas for my wisdom teeth removal because I don't like needles and was anxious, and instead of acting like a professional, he called me a child. Completely unacceptable.
