Sometimes…read morethe receptionist wasn't very friendly and could use better people skills, but I overlooked that because the prices were reasonable at the time and it was conveniently close to where I lived. I always scheduled early morning appointments since I suffer from cluster headaches and prefer to get in and out quickly, and I made them aware of this. I've never missed an appointment. In recent years, prices have kept going up, and now there's even a new credit card fee. I still planned to keep going because I liked that Dr. Dijour's office was clean and well maintained, and in the past, I had recommended them to friends and family. My appointment today was set for 8:45 AM, but last week I was out of town and accidentally left my phone at home. When I got back Sunday night, I saw their text and confirmed as usual before going to bed. When I arrived this morning, I was told my appointment was removed because they require confirmation 24 hours in advance. I don't recall being told that, but I could understand it. Still, given my perfect attendance, I expected some benefit of the doubt. Instead, they only offered me a new afternoon slot, knowing I only do early mornings. I honestly feel this was intentional. I've also informed the receptionist in the past that any calls or messages must come from a phone that is in my contacts because my phone is set up only to accept phone numbers in it, if not it will not ring. Anyway, it time to try someone new just a few blocks down on 516 in Old Bridge.

I have attached a picture of my implant done at the Champagne Smiles. Within a few months I felt a constant pain with puss coming out from under my gums. I went back to this office to talk about it and they said it was normal... fast forward a few additional months my gums had receded to the point where you could see the metal screw and my gums were purple. After revisiting the office again, it was clear they had no idea how to fix this so I went to a Periodontist in Manhattan. He was in shock at how poorly my implant was done. the angle of the screw was incorrectly angled outward on top of there being so much cement under my gums which definitely caused the constant irritation. It has now been four years since my dental implant failed and I had to restart the process. Thankfully my periodontist has fixed it, and I have not had any issues for the past four years besides trauma from my experience and neglect at Champagne Smiles. Fixing Dr. Champagnes mistake cost me 12K on top of what I paid for the first implant done by him. PLEASE think again before going here.

She did nothing to address my concern aside from talking to me as though I have never had fillers before and told me that I just had to buy more. Forty units of botox is substantial. However, no one would believe that I just got 40 units of botox. Since the ending of covid I have had two appointments with another provider and I could see a difference. Not with her.

I asked about using laughing gas for my wisdom teeth removal because I don't like needles and was anxious, and instead of acting like a professional, he called me a child. Completely unacceptable. To make it worse, he refused to have this conversation over the phone, forced me to skip work and come into the office, and then turned me away anyway. Zero empathy, zero professionalism, and no respect for my time. If you have any anxiety at all or expect basic human decency from a doctor, go somewhere else.
