While this might be one of the better boba spots in the area because it's not too popular outside of Portland, I felt it was underwhelming overall. They offer a jumbo size at 32oz for an extra $1.75 but not sure if it's honestly worth because they fill a ton of volume with ice. Even with less ice, my drink seemed to float in the arctic. Classic Milk Tea w/ Boba - first of all, the boba was a bit firmer and harder than average levels. Still chewy, just tough. However, there was great flavor as the sugar marination stuck. Milk tea was very basic, at 25% sugar, it was light with creaminess from the milk. Black tea base but the tea flavor was not prominent. Matcha Fresh Milk Tea - very viscous, as if the drink had too much syrup. Recommended 50% sweet which is close to 75-100% on a normal boba drink and I think is guilty for the viscosity. Overall, there was an okay matcha flavor but the texture was way off. Unsure if low quality matcha powder or if they have some type of matcha syrup.

The coffee lava milk and coffee milk tea are both very strong, just like Vietnamese coffee. For refreshing fruity drinks, the mango citrus cloud with 25% sugar is the best and the jasmine green tea with milk foam is also very refreshing. The brown sugar oat milk tea with 25% sugar has the perfect amount of sweetness without being too sweet. We had a good time enjoying the drinks there.

If you want a change in taste in texture, I also recommend either the coffee jelly or lychee jelly. I've only tried their popcorn, chicken, but I have had it on multiple occasions. There are spice level ranges from one to five. If you like a little bit of spice, I recommend the level three spice for both flavor and a small kick. I've never had any problem with the service, they've always been friendly and get the items out fast. I always like seeing how they decorate the store depending onthe season or holiday. There's plenty of parking spaces in front of the store and a larger parking lot nearby. Highly recommend coming here and I know I will be back.
