Do not recommend this place. Customer service was disappointing. When ordering, I specifically asked for a kid-friendly drink recommendation and was given a strawberry fruit tea with popping boba. It ended up tasting extremely bitter--more like strong black tea than anything strawberry. Paying $7 for a drink my kids wouldn't even touch felt like a waste. I went back to ask if they could make it sweeter or offer a different drink. I wasn't asking for a refund, just a chance to have a better experience. They added sweetener but it still tasted very bitter and said their policy doesn't allow to change drinks. To make things worse, staff were speaking to each other in another language right in front of me instead of communicating directly (when they both can speak perfect english), which felt unprofessional. This is such a hidden gem in a great location. It's a small shop that doesn't have a huge menu but everything is delicious. They have a wide variety of drinks and toppings and what makes them special is they offer fresh pressed sugarcane and if you have never had sugarcane I highly recommend, it is a refreshing sweet treat. You will feel like you are on the streets of Asia. They only have cold cut and shredded chicken options for banh mi or you could get the special which has cold cut and shredded chicken which is what I got. There was not a lot of shredded chicken in it but it was a really good banh mi. The flavors were there and the bread was crispy. No complaints. They offered milk substitutes for my friend who is lactose intolerant. Prices are pretty decent here. Banh mi is around $8 which is pretty standard but it's a really good banh mi. Drinks are also around $7-$8 depending on what you get. We went right after tet and we saw they had these cute reusable cups there, they said the promo was over but they gave us these cups for free since we bought enough. There is not much seating here, most people seemed to just pick up to go but our group likes to sit here and talk and it's a nice ambiance for it. I'm hoping if they get more popular they can expand their seating more but it's not necessary. If you are looking for a good banh mi and good boba come here! read more

Fantastic place to grab a banh mi and freshly pressed sugarcane juice. I got the house special banh mi and it was great -- the bread had a good bite to it, the pate was flavorful, and everything tasted very fresh. The Kumquat Sugarcane was SO refreshing. This boba shop is very cute with games on all the tables and lots of plants. I tried a little bit of everything and think I have a favorite. We tried the honeydew smoothie with boba 10/10. The passionfruit tea was pretty good 8/10. I got a brown sugar milk tea with boba and I think the tea flavor is extremely strong and that's why I didn't love this drink, would probably give it a 4/10. The last thing I tried was the strawberry sugar cane juice and I wasn't a huge fan 4/10 as well. They do serve some food and desserts which we didn't try. Service was great, the ladies working were very attentive and didn't keep us waiting long even though we ordered 4 drinks. read more

I'm often in the area but just discovered Boba Oasis. I'm glad I stopped by, such a cute boba shop! When I walked in I was greeted right away, I took a moment to look over the menu, which is also posted right outside the door (which I like). I ended up going with the Black Sugar Latte Crème Brûlée added boba. It was so good. The shop is very nicely decorated, very welcoming. They had a few board games which is nice for hanging out. There's not a lot of seating (like most coffee/boba shops). Menu had a good variety of drink options as well as waffles and banh mi. I would definitely come back to check out more items. read more

Was greeted upon entrance. Staff were friendly and helpful with my drink questions. Loved that drinks I ordered (blended honeydew boba) were not made from powdered base. Drink had amazing taste even if ordered at 25% sweetness. Boba was cooked perfectly and had lots of taste as well. Drink was refreshing and was exactly what I was looking for. This is a cute bubble tea spot. The staff was very friendly and they had a nice assortment of items. We had a Durian sugarcane drink (my wife informed me that isn't commonly found) and a pineapple passion fruit tea. I am not a fan of green tea, so they were able to make it with black tea. My family brought me to this cute boba shop during my visit 2 weeks ago. I found it quite interesting that they serve Banh mi sandwiches here, lol. They also have different kinds of desserts such as egg waffles & some tofu dessert that I saw on their menu that we did not try. They have a variety of milk & fruit teas. Unfortunately, they did not have a regular mango green tea, so I had a custom order which came out great! I added lychee popping pearls to my drink & it was very tasty. Great place! I ordered a strawberry smoothie with strawberry popping boba and tapioca pearls. The tapioca pearls were hot and you could tell that the drink was fresh. It was the perfect combination of thick creamy and sweet. The person taking my order was very sweet. At the end he repeated it just to make sure everything was accurate. I loved the layout! It was so cozy and welcoming. On one side there was an adorable painting of a bunch of different drinks, and on the other, there was a green wall with some leaves and other decorations that were just so cute. I loved the little cats scattered all around, the lemon trees and all the other homey decorations. I would totally recommend you try this place. It's awesome. read more

This time around the service and drink quality is a lot different! This time I tried the dragon lychee fruit tea and signature milk tea. Absolutely recommend these as well! Still can't stop ordering the butterfly flower milk tea and crystal drink! My daughter wanted her drink a little sweeter and the lady willingly added sugar without a fuss. i was disappointed because they ran out of tapioca. we went around an hour before they closed. i ordered their signature milk tea for $5.95 (large size). the drink wasn't too sweet. you can adjust the sweetness and ice levels. they have a variety of toppings including popping strawberry, popping mango, popping lychee, matcha crystal boba and rainbow jelly. customer service was good and efficient. overall rating: 6/10 read more

I really wanted coffee after my Target run so I stopped here after a quick google search. I ended up getting the Vietnamese milk coffee & also decided to try the grilled pork bahn mi. Both were so delicious. I shared half of the sandwich with my husband. He enjoyed it & said it was really fresh & the bread was great. I will be coming back to try more of their menu & bringing my kids next time since they love boba. read more

I'm always iffy about trying new boba places, but Boba Oasis was a pleasant surprise! I ordered the Taro Smoothie. The flavor and consistency were great and it wasn't too sweet. The staff member was nice. She greeted us right when we walked in and directed us to the menu. I'm currently limiting my caffeine intake but I sure hope they'll be around for a long time because I want to try their coffees and banh mi sandwiches in the future! read more

The boba here was amazing and the tapioca pearls were still warm when I got my drink which is my favorite. They also have 99 cent cookies that are freshly baked everyday. At such a great price and wonderful customer service I will definitely be back! read more
