Being from SoCal I was extremely disappointed with drink quality at Boba Nova. Service was good, drinks were entirely too sweet despite changing the sweetness to 30%. My fiancé with a crazy sweet tooth also said this was too sweet that it was undrinkable. I hate waste but this is not something that can be consumed by us; headache from the amount of sugar came shortly after a few sips. The taste is entirely too artificial for the mango blended drink. The Milk Tea was better but you can find much better options around the suburbs. Consistency of the boba is also disappointing. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. read more

Every time I've been here I have gotten the island fever tea with mago boba and it's so good. They use real fruit in this tea which makes it so flavorful and delicious. I never go to any other boba place because this one is super clean, has great drinks, and the workers are very nice as well. Boba Nova was a letdown for me. The drink tasted like pure sugar and juice, completely watered down, and didn't have the rich tea flavor I expect from boba. It honestly felt more like a sugary juice than a milk tea, and it gave me a sugar-rush headache afterward. Overall, it just didn't taste like what boba should be. Went during the grand opening today and was very impressed with how fast the staff was able to make the orders! I've been to a multiple grand openings and this place had orders coming out so quickly that customers weren't waiting for long. Staff was also very friendly as well. We got the Strawberry Lime Mojito and Ube Lavender. I loved the mojito and my friend enjoyed the ube lavender. We also noticed regular sweetness on the order label. Not sure if we're able to adjust sweetness level but would've been a nice option. Also heard the mango blended wasn't as good from a friend who ordered. read more

Ordered the Peach mojito, Okiwana milk tea, and the mango green tea. The Peach mojito was really sweet ( should've gotten less sugar) and had a slight medicinal aftertaste. Not the best. I believe Mojitos should have sparkling water, but mine was flat. I'd rate it a 5/10. The Mango Green Tea was fine. Nothing amazing. Really can't taste the tea flavor and taste a lot like articulation mangos. It's a 7/10. The Okinawa Milk tea I got at 30% sugar but was still wayyy to sweet. Overall a 6/10. Not the best boba shop you can find in the area, but it'll do if you trying to get a quick boba fix. Just make sure to get less sugar read more

I found this place through an event for Gaza a week ago they were a vendor there... and I seen a lot of people with purple boba drinks at the event but I missed the stand when I first walked in, eventually I found them later on tho... I was going to purchase the brown sugar drink but as soon as it was my turn in line they ran out and I ended up getting the taro drink and it was sooooo good!!!! And then I noticed that the place was called BobaNova and my cats name is nova so I loved it even more. I made sure to remember the name of the place so that I could get another drink and was able to drive over here this week. I ended up getting the taro drink again because it was really good and it was still really good this time too , consistent quality ... they also have halal cookies which is super cool they were all out when I came bc I came a little bit late but they they had a few chocolate chip w pistachio cookies so I got that one and it was good they also offer to heat it up. I also learned from the workers that the owner is Palestinian so I'm happy to support ur business!!! great place, super good quality boba drinks and variety and the establishment is clean, service is fast, workers are nice!!! if I get the opportunity I will come again. free palestine & ceasefire in gaza!!!
