Boba for me is a recent discovery, maybe 2-3 years. The choices and variations are nearly infinite. This place is only a couple years old if that much. Stopped in on a hot summers day in August for a refreshing drink. It is in a strip center on Dale Mabry just north of the stadium. It is next to and part of Poke Poke. As Boba places go, it has a very good representation of the items you would expect to find. I prefer crystal Boba but I must limit myself because they contain lots of sugar. If you like Boba drinks, slide on in and get you some as your cruising by. The place is clean and new. Pricing is like Starbucks or higher.

Not good. Super cute branding, the store seemed clean. My matcha is horrendous and the "boba" is not even bubbles but jellies. Would not recommend.

I ordered my drink from DoorDash really didn't feel like driving, that's bedsides the point. The options are drink flavor, sweetness and topping. I chose light sweetness Thai tea with tapioca pearls. But when it arrived it's wasn't even filled and it had a weird thick smoothie texture like finish and was unbearably sweet it overpowered the whole thing, mind you drinks are sealed so I got it exactly how I would've received it if I was in person. I would give another chance but even the boba part hard like it was old boba so i don't know. If I wasn't paying I'd try again only.

Ordered all milk teas (not slushie) and they were all chunky ? Also did not resemble slushie texture.

All 3 of my drinks were chunky and thick even though they were just milk teas and not slushies?? They did not resemble the texture of a slushie either (ei. No crushed icey texture. Just thick lumpiness) which is why this is so weird. Seems like the flavoring powder was not thoroughly mixed in and resembled the texture of protein powder mixed w water or milk..also ordered lightly sweetened and it was definitely sweeter than I like. Gave an extra star bc the actual boba texture was ok

Thought this place was going to be its own store but it was connected to a poke bowl so that was an awesome plus! We got asked how much sugar we wanted in our drinks, ranging from light medium or extra sugar, which is surprising because we've never been asked that before while ordering boba. Overall not a bad place to go!

If you're looking for amazing Boba this is definitely the spot. We visited Easter Day and our drinks and food were ready super quick. Lots of open seating and nice open restaurant. I love that it's has a good amount of seating. The décor is modern and clean. The Deerioca plushie cushions along the wall in the seating area are so cute. The drinks are unique. They also offer snacks such as crab rangoons and croffles. The service was pleasant & professional. We were greeted as soon as we entered. Surprisingly, it wasn't that busy on a summer weekday. The Ube Brown Sugar Deerioca Crème Brûlée Milk Tea was delicious! Their signature Deerioca tapioca balls are sweeter (more sugar than honey) than ones I've had at other shops. The crème brûlée is mixed into the drink. Keep that in mind if you have issues with texture. It's more of a clumpy pudding texture than a whipped one. Not a bad thing, but some may not agree. The drink can be customized to your liking. On the other hand, I wasn't too impressed with the Matcha Croffle. The buttery taste that makes these croffles so good was totally nonexistent. I didn't even taste the matcha even though it was sprinkled on top. It's just my opinion, and nothing more. I'd skip the croffle next time, or try another flavor. Otherwise, it was okay for an average waffle. The subtle Harry Potter references are very cool. I've read that the owner is a big Harry Potter fan. Supposedly, the original name of the brand was "Diagon Alley" but was later shortened. If you look real closely at the logo, you'll see the "da" in it. It could stand for anything at this point. I don't know... maybe it's a coincidence that there is a deer in the logo that could be Harry's stag patronus. Either way, there is a definite reference even if it is subtle. It's kind of like finding a hidden Mickey, maybe? Just take a closer look at that boba cup the next time you're there. I'm looking forward to trying more of their unique drinks. It's the perfect stop while shopping at this outdoor mall in the summer heat.

The dessert drink was absolutely delicious. I waited for the shaved ice to melt a little bit so I can drink some of it and all the little fruits in there and the beans were absolutely so fresh and I really love the Ube in there. I'm one of those type of people that like to custom my drinks and food so next time I would probably omit some of the fruits in there and either add extra Ube or extra ice cream or something like that if they allow it. The service was exceptional. The folks behind the counter were absolutely super sweet. I know they're Filipino, but I literally felt like I was in Hawaii. The service was so incredible. Like most other Filipino restaurants/cafe, there is a behind-the-counter, glass protected buffet at the forefront of the restaurant. From here, you can make your selections as you build your combination platter. The Filipiniana also offers a small section of baked goods and desert, while specializing in drinks such as Halo Halo and other Asian-curated beverages. Interesting to note that the Filipiniana offers catering in the kamayan style (simply put, a spread of various dishes over banana leaves to be shared by multiple people amd eaten with hands). However, they don't serve this in house/at the location - you will have to give advance notice (like with other caterers) to have this prepared. The Filipiniana is definitely a good spot to satiate your curiousity, explore, and discover Filipino cuisine!

Unfortunately they only carry almond milk and whole milk so i wasn't able to get what i wanted. I hope one day they consider carrying other milks because that greatly limits those who are lactose free or nut free. I asked about the specific oolong they had on the menu and the cashier wasn't really able to even tell me anything about it. I ended up with a passionfruit tea and honey boba. The tea wasn't bad, i will give them that. My total was over 7 dollars for 1 drink and a meh experience, not really a place i plan to visit again.
