Quick to answer, and quick to get out to the house! Jeff came and advised that a Septic Tank pump might be beneficial before cracking any seals, so I sent him on his way at that time. After some digging around, I determined that the septic wouldn't be an issue. I called Dispatch and apologetically requested that Jeff returns. He did without complaint, and diligently worked for nearly 3 hours until all of the issues were resolved. These guys turned what started off as a very stressful day, into a sigh of relief. Did I mention this was the day after 6" of snowfall, and it was about 10 degrees? I will definitely go with this team should shat ever hit the fan again.

We have used Bisson for plumbing and HVAC for many years. Claude and his assistant, Logan, are…read moreincredibly skilled, reliable, fair and responsive. Claude will tell you exactly what needs to be done, and never tries to sell you services or parts that are unnecessary. His prices are very competitive and we never question our invoices. On a recent "emergency" call, Claude came out on his way home from a very long day on the road. He immediately diagnosed a leak from the AC unit in the attic, but spent a good deal of time chasing down a less obvious bigger issue, and was determined to find out the source of a second leak. So thorough! Fixed the immediate issue, but had to come back at a scheduled date to solve the broader issue. A great example of not only his expertise, but his thoroughness as well. Highly recommend for your plumbing and HVAC needs!
