And here is the story of why I believe they should be your service point of choice. My daughters car broke down with a faulty E.C.M. (computer). They sent it off to a service of my choice to be rebuilt. I might add that they diagnosed the e.c.m correctly first. And did not try to sell me a new one. Kenny the owner was sincere in helping me get it fixed as inexpensively and correctly as possible. The professional service I sent the computer too could not duplicate the problem. They wanted to send it back as a no fault. Kenny interviened by calling personally to the tech at the company. And thru his expertise was able to direct them to where the fault was. And they then repaired it only after the general manager of the electronics company fololwed his guidance. I called in to Fleener and Roberts about 6 times. And got Kenny right away each time. And with no agrravation in his voice. Just a pleasant demeanor each time. Try calling your dealership and asking to talk to your mechanic.     Took my car in for service 4/7/2026 basic tire rotation and oil change…read more Today 4/18/2026 I went to purchase new tires and there's no key in the kit to unlock the lug nuts. Called the dealership had to leave a voicemail because no one answered. Went to the dealership and there are no mechanics available for my vehicle. So now I have to wait until Monday morning for some answers to this situation. I guess they can't call thier service employee to come in and take care of the problem they created. Which means I can spend my time, and gasoline to fix the problem they created. Plus Monday is 2 days away from now, so if I get a flat tire I will have to have the vehicle towed to the dealership and then find a way home and back to the dealership Monday to get the problem resolved. In short I am paying for their mistakes. Never using this dealership again.

I owned this vehicle for approximately 2 months when I noticed defects on the arm rests. I also noticed a mild vibration in the steering wheel when I reached 45 mph but would stop when I let off the gas. I addressed this at the dealership but their master technician did not notice the vibration. The lady in service info me that they would not take care of the arm rests because it looked like it was from a chemical. I only noticed this defect when I as vacuuming. I have tried multiple times to get this resolved but they have basically ignored me. I am only asking for the arm rests to be replaced due to a defect that I did not cause. At this point I am letting anyone and everyone know how Bob Brady treats their customers. We have purchased three very expensive trucks there but will be taking our business elsewhere.

    This is a little lengthy but is the experience we just went through with their service department…read more Took our 2024 Chevy Equinox in because the engine light was on. This was on 10.7.24 and at 7:30 in the morning, so first thing on a Monday. Guy immediately goes out and sticks that reader thing underneath to get the error code. Doesn't tell me what it is, he probably didn't know because he's just an advisor, but I was fine with that because I figured they'd have to keep it to diagnose and get parts. The car is under warranty so I figured it would be taken care of. We call later that same day to check for an update with the situation because we've heard nothing from them. They tell my wife it's an easy fix and will be done by end of the day and they'd call when it was ready. That call never comes so I call and they tell me it's a switch they need to replace but they'd had to order it and would be in and repaired on Tuesday which is fine because we'd planned on that in the first place. Tuesday comes and I just have a bad feeling how this entire thing is starting to unfold because of their lack of communication with us, so I drive out to the dealership to talk to someone face to face. I get there and a different service advisor tells me that my service advisor had gone home for the day but was supposed to have called me and updated me on the status of the vehicle. Of course that didn't happen because it seems everyone in there is either incompetent or they just don't give a shit about their customers. It's actually a combination of the two I'd find out later. The service advisor that is there tells me that the parts department ordered the wrong part and that they had to reorder the correct part but wouldn't be in until Wednesday. Wednesday the "supposed correct part" comes in and gets installed. We never receive a call letting us know it's done. The wife calls on her lunch hour and the person she spoke with said it was done and to give them 10 minutes to get it ready for her. She goes in on her lunch hour and gets the car. They hand her the FOB and said: "it's good to go!" She asked for paperwork showing what work was done and they told her they'd sent it off to whoever they send warranty work to. Now I know most reputable businesses give some type of paperwork as proof of work that's been completed, that didn't happen here. Wife drives maybe 15 miles at the most after leaving the service department and lo and behold our little friend the check engine light comes back on. I'd venture to bet they never touched the vehicle and did absolutely nothing for two days. We called and got several excuses, the wife would call and get 1 excuse and I'd call and get a totally different story. Long story short: DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIRS. It's a shame too because this used to be a decent place to do business but not any longer. Now the place has very little vehicles on the lot for sale or for repairs and that's a reflection of leadership. These folks could give 2 you know whats about you or your vehicle. I'm sure Berkshire Hathaway is kicking themselves for investing in this armpit of a dealership. Josh S. - Don't waste your breath with a response or someone's email address to contact. You've already lost me and several others I'm sure for the lack of responsibility. DO BETTER!!
