"Everything tested perfect, you might have a parasitic drain somewhere." Explained this. Nope I have no aftermarket...blah blah. "Well it's not your battery. Next day at work, dead again. Ok so it's something else, not any of the five things Chris tested. Took it to dodge. Guess what my battery is dead. $115.00 charge for their 5 minute diagnostic test. Go back to AAP to get a battery and let them know I think they owe me $115 off. Chris asks the mgr, Jeremy. Nope! We can't do that. "Computer" will only let me take off 25%. Now, the battery I could have bought yesterday for $219.00 is now costing me $299.34. What's funny is, when I told Chris how much they charged me to test it at dodge, he said, "what? You can bring it here and test it for free." Then Jeremy says if you sign up for what crap they have, it will give me a whole $5.00 discount as well. Gave him all my info AND STILL DID NOT EVEN GET THE $5.00 off. Super disappointed. Yet ANOTHER fine Decatur business!!!

This company was NOT very professional and have bad customer service. They billed me for items that they do not even have in stock to send me. I sent them Emails which were all just ignored. I will not use this company again. I will buy auto parts elsewhere. Their prices are reasonable, but they ship no product and charge you just the same. Now I wonder how good their parts are if I were to someday get them. I Cancelled my purchase and billing statement payment request and will move on. Just wasted 3 weeks and 3 hours for nothing. Update: Now I find they are going out of business.

Stopped in here just to grab windshield wipers. I had two of my young children with me. I was…read moregreeted when I entered and told they would be with me in a minute (they had a customer at the register). I responded with no problem and headed down the wiper aisle. Over the next five minutes, they finished with the customer at the register, greeted a new customer, helped them, talked to several other customers and didn't follow up with me. All the while, their "casual" conversation included repeated swear words from the employee behind the register. This employee knew there were young children in the store because she was the one who saw me come in and greeted me. Now, to be fair, I had a whale of a headache so my patience was a bit thin, but to swear repeatedly in earshot of children is unacceptable for an employee of the business. Sorry...I won't be back, especially after walking out, going to the store just down the street, and being treated so well. If you take care of all your other costumers like you did me I couldn't think of a better place to shop. Even though they couldn't fix this issue they told me how to. It was simple and got my vehicle back on the road.
