Loved this dealership until a recent experience. We purchased our second vehicle from them. Post purchase we were treated very poorly. Not by our salesman, but by the Office Staff and Sales Manager. We had already been misled by the Finance Manager. They had our salesman call and apologize when he wasn't the problem. That young man was always kind and respectful. It's the Office Staff who met us at the door under direction of the "Office Manager" that treated us terribly. The Office Manager or Sales Manager should have called to give us a heads up of the situation but no one bothered to call.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this location that was a replacement vehicle that had been…read moretotaled out due to an accident. Zach was my salesman, great young man, very understanding, even JP the sales manager was very understanding at the time. However, there are two things that I found that bother me with the vehicle after I had purchased it both of which I feel should've been taking care of prior to me, taking possession of the vehicle. When I test drove the vehicle, I did not notice that there was a tire pressure monitor sensor that was out. Seen as I had spent close to 20 grand for this vehicle. I would've at least expected them to have replaced at least that one sensor if they would've been generous about it they could've easily replaced all four sensors in the tires. The other issues that I have with the vehicle that while they were getting it prepped for me to pick it up. Would've been to do a fresh oil change on the vehicle. Both of these are considered minor repairs and probably would've taken about an hour to do maybe two at Max. My overall experience with this company was good, on the days that I picked up the vehicle Zach was out of town on personal business and I dealt with Tony another salesman. Very nice gentleman, although I am still disappointed in the fact that they sold me a vehicle with a bad TPMS sensor and that they did not do a fresh oil change on the vehicle or reset the display if they had done a fresh oil change on the vehicle.

I can't say enough good things about Mt Zion Auto Service. I had brake issues while traveling, and…read morethey took my car in immediately around 3 PM on Thursday. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained exactly what was wrong, and started trying to get the necessary parts that same day. One of the parts wasn't available until the next morning, so they went above and beyond by giving me a ride to a local hotel so I wouldn't be stranded. The next day, they completed the repairs and had me safely back on the road by 1 PM. Throughout the entire process, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. It's rare to find a shop that combines excellent service with such compassion for their customers. I honestly wish I lived in that area so I could use them as my mechanic! I'm extremely grateful for their help and would highly recommend Mt Zion Auto Service to anyone looking for honest, reliable and fair prices auto repair. Thank you for turning a very stressful situation into a positive experience!

You expect that ability to arrive at the press of a button, and when it doesn't, there's a bit of panic. Heat wave forecasted? Oh no! But I work for a living! Wally World, Farm-n-fleet, and other assorted auto repair places gave me the sad response of "no ma'am we don't recharge AC". Dejected, I was going to give up and just sweat my way thru to the weekend, when I passed SSAR, and the bay doors were open! Taking a chance, I stopped in. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and a very adorable shop dog who was happy to keep me company while I waited. They were closing but the owner Lindsey must have had had pity on me, because he worked on it himself. Absolutely no coolant left, so he checked it via vacuum, and put UV dye in to make sure there isn't a problem. Reasonable price for the recharge, and he went above and beyond my expectations. I think I've found my new permanent auto repair place!
