Had my ceramic coating done just over a month now and Bobs Ceramic Coating did a great job. They got right on it when I dropped it off on a Friday morning and worked on my 2016 Toyota Tundra Super White. Prior to having this work done the truck had been washed at the dealership after every service. Unfortunately they put it through their car wash procedures and it left just a little bit more damage to the paint. Scratches, swirl marks, and water marks. I only wash my truck now by hand. The following morning I picked the tundra back up and I was very pleased with the work. No scratches, swirl marks, or water marks. The truck looked even better then it did when it comes off the assembly line. The best part about going with the Ceramic is the cleaning. Just a few days a week I use a microfiber waterless towel and go over it with very little pressure. Dust, bugs, and anything else that normally get a vehicle dirty just comes right off. I haven't needed to wash it yet. I use a waterless cleaner that I also purchased that basically takes anything else off that won't come off with the towel itself. It also has the properties of the Ceramic Coating by cleaning and polishing without using water. I was reluctant at first not knowing if it would work as advertised. I need to say that I'm completely satisfied with the work that was done by Bob's Ceramic Coating. They do warranty it for 8 years and also ask that the truck be brought back in after the first 18 months just to give it a good look over and if needed will bring it back to the original protection and shine. I recommend Bob's Ceramic Coating and if your in the Service or a Prior Service member Bob offers a Military discount. I give them 5 stars. Their customer service is also top notch. The best customer service EVER!!!! I had my 5th wheel ceramic coated a few years ago by Bob Moses Ceramic Coating and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the products used, the attention to detail, service provided, customer service and overall experience. Hands down the most top notch company I have ever worked with. I also traveled 6 hours from home just to use these guys because their reputation certainly precedes them. Recently, drove back out to them for my annual inspection/detail and decided to leave my truck/trailer there and fly back home and parlay my return with a Glamis trip on my way back to CA. When the time for my trip to come back to pick up my truck/trailer I got on my flight as I normally would only to realize I had forgotten my trailer/truck keys just as the plane doors were shut. I immediately got on my phone on the tarmack and booked a round trip flight from PHX to San Diego and then back to PHX that same day. So yeah, my day consisted of SD to PHX, PHX to SD, and then SD back to PHX all within 6 hours. I felt like such an idiot, but it made for a great story around the camp fire, at my expense of course...lol, but YOLO and I made it to Glamis for my Veterans day trip. When I called Matt Porter over at Bob Moses and explained told him I would be late picking up and what happened you could tell he felt so bad for me having to go through this absolute mess and added expense. He told me since I went through so much hassle that they weren't going to charge me for the services I had them perform to help me out and ease my burden. Who does that...they do! I couldn't have been more appreciative. They already had a customer for life from my previous experiences, but this is just WORLD CLASS Customer service and can't go without mention. I stared seeing post and advertisements for Ceramic Coating about a year ago. I have had a few friends who have had their vehicles, boats, and/or RVs ceramic coated, and their vehicles always looked like they were freshly washed and waxed. They told me that they hardly have to put any time into keeping their stuff clean anymore. I have had multiple RVs and the worst part about owning one is having to wax it or pay big bucks to have it waxed multiple times a year. So when I bought a new 40ft Toy Hauler a few weeks ago I decided I was going to invest into Ceramic coating. I looked into all the companies I could find around the Phoenix metro area and decided to give Bob Moses Ceramic Coating a call because of all the great reviews. When I called Matt answered and spent tons of time on the phone with me going over the process, the results I would get out of the coating and the different options and what he suggested. I decided to schedule with them, then 2 days before I was supposed to drop it off I got a call reminding me about an appointment for my daughter at the same time that there was no way to reschedule, I called Matt back and he made arrangements for me to drop my trailer off early. I got a call a day and a half later and he informed me that it was done, the exact time he told me it would be done. I showed up to pick it up and WOW, I was absolutely shocked at the smoothness and shine my new trailer now has. Matt and crews end results were way above and beyond my expectations. After my first small trip, couple hundred miles, I got home and my front cap was full of bugs. As instructed, I took a garden hose to it and 98% of them just fell off, light scrubbing took the rest off. Something that would normally take close to an hour took less than 10 min. Updated review January 2020: So, since my original review of Bob Moses Ceramic Coat in late 2018, I had an issue. A little over a month ago my truck got keyed at a football game, deep scratches on both passenger doors. Obviously not a Bob Moses issue. Insurance only covers so much and after my deductible I'd be coming out of pocket to get both doors that had to be repaired and repainted re-ceramic coated. I called up Matt and was genuine with his empathy towards my situation. I think his original comment was "Dude, that is terrible!" Or something to that effect. He quickly said to me "Mike, I'd like to turn around a crappy situation and make it better, bring it in when the work is done and we'll take care of you...no charge." And take care of me they DID! They checked the rest or the trucks original ceramic coating and thought a few spots could use touch ups so they basically re ceramic coated my entire truck today! Free. The truck looks better than it did new and even better than the first time it was coated. I can't recommend Matt and Bob Moses Ceramic Coating enough, it is an investment in your vehicle and Bob Moses truly does work that the stand behind! I learned the hard way that RVs are designed to be outside are not built with materials that like to be outside. I like my stuff to look good not only for my satisfaction but for resale value. I was spending way too much time cleaning and waxing to try and maintain this 2015 Forest River Surveyor. I was losing the battle. I noticed Bob Moses Ceramic Coating on a friends Facebook post, thanks Richard Hermanson Jeffries III...and started doing some research. I contacted Matt Moses, asked questions and got a price. I will tell you up front it's not a inexpensive process but, if you wax it yourself 3 or 4 times a year or have someone else do it you will end up in a losing battle like I was. I truly believe having Matt and his crew ceramic coat this camper saved its exterior. Look carefully at the before and after shots. In a perfect world a camper kept under cover should not oxidize like that after 3 years but it did. I was expecting good results. I got absolutely OUTSTANDING results. Are you on the fence about getting ceramic coating? We had our Model 3 done last December and it turned out awesome, but anything newly done does right? Well this coating is still awesome and worth every penny. Now that it's been several months I can offer a good recommendation- Bob Moses Ceramic Coating in Phoenx. Quick story- my husband was not able to wash our car for several weeks because he had surgery, during that time we had a lot of wind and rain. My mom came over for a visit and said to me "Oh you finally got OTTO washed; good" I said no, he is super dirty but you can't tell because of the coating on him. We recently began full-timing and we planned one of our first stops after leaving California to be at Bob Moses to get our 5th wheel coated. Our trailer is one year old but after the coating it looks brand new again! Where do I begin. When I contemplated getting this process done, I had a lot of questions. Ask Matt. I think I spoke to him every other day with one question after another. I have been having our cars waxed twice a year here in the AZ sunshine and have been looking for a good long term alternative, and boy did I find it. I had my wifes new Maxima ceramic coated by the good guys at Bob Moses Ceramic coating and I cannot believe how shiny her car is. Had 2015 yellow Rubicon, 2015 prairie pearl 3500 Ram dually , 2018 red Tesla, and 2021 Newmar blue & white KingAire motorhome all done in February of 2021. Matt inspected and went over each vehicle with us, explaining what we could expect from the coating. He then showed us some in progress vehicles and introduced us to the personnel that would be working on our vehicles. Wow, they looked fantastic when we got them back. It's now September of 2024, we have driven lots of miles and washed all the vehicles multiple times. They still look fantastic and each time we wash them it's a breeze. Bird shit slides off. Protect your investment get this Nano ceramic coating done as soon as you can. Find neglected my 2012 gelcoat camper trailer and it looked like crap within 2 to 3 years. I got this service completed on my brand new Sundance travel trailer and it shines like a car. The only time I had been washed who was when Bob put the coating on it.
