When I was first looking to purchase a car, I contacted this dealership and I was stuck with an uneducated and non-communicative salesman named Shane Grove, who was incredibly useless. Do not go to Shane, he does not have people or customer service skills. Once I told Shane that I would be financing the vehicle through my credit union he was helping me less and less when it came to looking for a vehicle. I had to demand I get a new salesman due to being treated so poorly (especially after spending 26k on a car). Also, when I went to pick up the car I was told how the title was not in for the vehicle and no one at the dealership even bothered to keep me informed I was having to messaged and call them constantly just to get an update on my title because I am currently driving around with the dealerships plate instead of my own. This dealership sullied my car buying experience and I will never go back nor will I be recommending people to shop here. -10/10 car buying experience.

Dealership recommended replacing bad engine with new engine because it was covered by a reliable extended warranty. After engine was torn apart warranty company refused to cover engine replacement (over $10,000). Serra gave me one option, pay $10,000 for a new unreliable V6 engine. No breaks from Serra leadership, mechanics or salesman. Who wants to pay $10,000 for a broken truck that originally cost over $50,000? I begged for a break (like one third to half cost or buy back vehicle), no break. Worst customer service after the sale of any business in 55 years (yes, I was a business owner and a war veteran). Serra responded once with "we are sorry for your situation", a worthless response from a bad dealership. If you are thinking about purchasing from Serra, be very careful. Apparently profits are more important than people (most former Marsh employees are working elsewhere). Ask your salesman how long the mechanics have worked for Serra? Ask salesman why Stellantis now offers a five year 100,000 mile warranty instead of 50,000? Good luck.

But that has all changed, thanks to my experience with Fletch's and the excellent customer experience I received from Christy Johnson! I live in Portland Oregon. I was searching all over the country for a specific 2017 Audi A4. I found Fletch's through a post on Auto Trader and they had the car I was looking for. The shipping cost was going to be too expensive, and I was worried about buying a car without seeing it in person. BUT Christy sent very detailed photos of any minor imperfections and answered all of my questions. Then, on top of that...she delivered the car! When the car arrived, Christy had it completely detailed, full of gas, and she was willing to spend as much time as I needed to feel comfortable with all the fun electronic features. Not once in the process did I hear 'let me check with my manager'. Christy was fantastic to work with! And although I live across the country - you can bet I will be reaching out to Christy and Fletch's when it is time to buy another vehicle. Thank you for giving me a 'fantastic car buying experience'!

We made it home and woke up this morning to take it there first thing. They told us it was a Canadian vehicle and out of basic warranty so they can't help us and sent us away. We stopped by advanced auto parts and they sent us to upper lakes tire who actually helped us. After talking to our dealership, they said Feeny should love this kind of work since they will be getting paid from another dealership and it's warrantied work from them. We called back to speak to a manager once we talked to our dealer, and he told us the same thing. "It's a Canadian vehicle so we can't help you." They only suggestion they gave us was to go to muffler man which is closed today. Whether they could actually help us or not, they need to improve on their customer service and explaining things since they left us with no explanation of why they couldn't help us beyond the fact that they were busy.

They cracked the plastic housing and did not recognize this leading to a large loss of oil all over the highway. I had to stop and fill it up with several quarts. I then took it back to them and they fixed it but left the o ring off of the oil cap. This lead to a major loss of oil to my garage floor! Unbelievable all this over a simple oil change. Quaker state in town has never screwed up an oil change for me, I'd take my car there. FEENY will also pressure you to buy and extended warranty when buying your new car there. I did buy an extended warranty at FEENY when I purchased my new car there. I took it in and they said we can call the mopar rep but we don't think it will be covered? Why? It is expensive was their answer. Of course they are changing their tune now trying to blame it on me. Going on since January and despite multiple phone calls and talking with owner they will not honor the warranty! Also, many times I would try to make an appointment for a repair and often it would take 1-2 weeks to get an appointment! Is this because it takes 3 visits for them to do a simple repair? Is it because the cars they sell break down that much? Is it because they know I have a warranty they wish not to honor? Not sure but either way not good! The service rep told me at the time of pickup that the new transmission and work was covered for 2 years. So 1 year and 6 months later I have a problem with a front wheel bearing and take it to the dealership. The wheel bearing and related items that they found were still covered under my extended warranty all with a 200.00 deductible. The service department calls me and says that I have to pay 1200.00 because the warranty company wont cover the leaking torque converter seal. No matter how I tried to explain to the service department this specific problem should be covered by the dealership, they provided several excuses blaming the extended warranty company. Service dept tells me the warranty company only covered 80% of the parts, but the warranty company said they paid 100%. Service department tells me then that the warranty company disagreed with the time it took to complete the work. When in fact the estimate the service dept sent me showed the exact same hours that the warranty company says was normal, however the dealership increased each job by 1 hour to cover the repair of the torque converter seal. No matter what common sense explanation I asked for, the service department came up with some excuse blaming the warranty company. The warranty company said all I was responsible for was the 200.00 deductible, but once they start the work I was at their mercy. All told and at the end, I was charged 898.00 for work that the dealership should have paid for. The funny thing is that the new service rep that the dealership had looked me straight in the face and told me everything was correct. I asked her how she could ethically and morally do this to people and I never received a response. I am still considering legal action against the dealership.

My car became undrivable before their loaner was available, so I had to bring it in early. At drop-off, I spoke with Mary Jean, who agreed over the phone that I could pay the repair balance in installments since I needed to use my savings to purchase a temporary beater car. Based on that agreement, I went ahead and bought an inexpensive vehicle and waited for the repairs. Once the work was completed, the entire agreement was suddenly denied. I was then contacted by Deb, who immediately began pressuring me to either pay the full balance upfront or sell my car to them at an extremely low and unrealistic price. When I refused, she informed me they would start charging $100 per month just to keep my repaired vehicle on the lot--something never disclosed in advance. She repeatedly referenced a supposed "normal" rate of $100 per day as if it were a threat, even though none of this was part of the original conversation with Mary Jean. The behavior felt strategic and manipulative, designed to corner me into selling them my car. When I arrived with the $2,000 I had borrowed from a friend, the visible shock on Deb's face said everything--she clearly expected I'd have no choice but to give in. The entire situation made me feel like they were taking advantage of someone they assumed couldn't push back. The store manager refused to speak with me by phone and insisted on email only, adding to the frustration. Throughout the ordeal, I received dismissive remarks, including being told I "couldn't be trusted" to pay--even though their last-minute changes were the only reason the situation escalated. I genuinely cannot understand how a business operates this way and stays open. Between the shifting terms, undisclosed fees, pressure tactics, and lack of basic professionalism, this was one of the worst experiences I've had with any repair shop. I would strongly advise others to avoid Olsen's entirely.
