My presenting issue was Sciatica and a spine that was out of alignment. These were completely resolved, and I have been experiencing no chronic pain since. However, I continued with adjustments because I discovered my health improved dramatically (I have not been ill for over six years), and my energy levels, flexibility, mobility and posture are all close to what they were decades ago! I have resumed weight-lifting. However, the main reason I have written a new review is this: Quite recently, Dr. Hutton has introduced a new Chiropractor to the practice -- Dr. Fish. For the past couple of months I have been seeing him for my adjustments, and he is outstanding! He has been very skillful at finding and resolving areas of tension or potential misalignment before they cause any real discomfort or problems! I have been quite impressed! He is also very personable and easy to talk with. If you considering chiropractic therapy, I highly recommend Dr. Fish! Dr. Krueger spent a good 30 minutes, if not more, talking with me and making me feel comfortable. He was patient, kind and reassured me that he would make my pain go away. While it was not the worst massage ever, it was pretty bad. At the start, I specified that I wanted the full body massage and mentioned two troublesome areas to focus on. The therapist only focused on the two areas, did not give me the full body massage and finished before the hour was up. She also sat down during the massage most of the time which seemed unusual. When finished, she told me that she would meet me outside with some water and then abruptly left the room. There was no water. All this for only $75. As soon as she walked into the room even before my X-ray evaluation began, she started with: I won't have time to answer a lot of questions. Then she spent maybe 3mins rushing over the two X-ray images, refused to go back to compare my old images, and actually said to me: "I don't have time to go over that." To be fair, I was 5mins late to the appt. But then not five minutes later I saw her at the front on her phone looking bored. Wtf? So you don't have time to actually oh I don't know take care of paying patients - you call yourself doctor after all - but have time to be on your phone looking bored at the front desk rather than actually use your degree and helping real people. My treatment recommendation didn't include electrical stimulation, which I really liked and helped a lot, and when I asked her for it she said that's not our recommendation. She tried instead to sell me acupuncture which is apparently what she does so of course given the "care" I saw from her so far, immediately declined. Unfortunate, bc I would like acupuncture as part of treatment just no way in hell I'm letting such a person "treat me" let alone bring sharp objects near me. You couldn't PAY me to let such an uncaring unprofessional clearly disinterested in patients "doctor" to poke me with needles, no thank you. Kind of actually hilarious you had the gall to ask that after your attitude. Dr. Parkin did my adjustment and when I asked for electrical stimulation of course immediately arranged it for me -- bc I don't know, maybe when a patient in pain says something helps with the pain, you should do something crazy, like listen? Their M-F schedule is also quite limited and doesnt align well with mine so btwn Rani and such restrictive schedule, looking for a good chiropractor who can do it all: adjustment acupuncture electrical stimulation and massage without any bad apples souring the whole treatment.

DR Chirag Shah had me come all the way out there to his office to be told he isn't making enough money from me and didn't give me my booked services knowing I was in pain and on the verge of crying over some stressful stuff I was dealing with. Instead of taking care of me.....his "patient" who had two services scheduled that she really needed.... Which Dr Shah could have done to help because he is a doctor who is supposed to care for his patients and their well being he sent me packing. I didn't need to be in that position with him. I came in visibly upset, shaking, and ready to lose it. I told him what had happened that made me that way (he didn't ask) but acknowledge that I looked very worked up. He didn't seem to care that I already had enough and was on the edge. He put the icing on the cake by denying me my booked procedures saying "Im not going to waste anymore time on you. I don't get enough $$$$$ from your insurance companies".???? Then why do you accept my Aetna plan? Dr Shah has been contacted by Allstate because he submitted his bills wrongly. Allstate has called to speak to his office at other points to tell them what was needed to be sent in to get paid......Allstate was actually waiting on Dr Shah or his biller to send the correct things to pay off the $589 that they claim is owed to him.... Its HIS FAULT he isn't getting paid by Allstate. Give them what they asked you for EOB's, COB's, OFFICE NOTES. However he was being paid by Aetna my primary. He wasn't happy with what Aetna my wad paying for my services ... DO NOT take the insurance the . Thanks for making a very bad day worse. I ended up crying my eyes out having a panic attack on the first floor as I was coming from the elevator. There weren't many people in that area but, a registration lady saw me and got a nurse to wheel me all the way over to the ER. The ER was packed. I sat there having a panic attack/ meltdown until I calmed down enough to drive. Its all about the $$$$$$$$ with Dr Shah but, I caught on to that a long time ago when he was telling me his other chiro friends in the South easily do over 100 clients a day when I first began going. The acupuncture room is a mess. I have often had to change my own face cover and was rarely offered a gown. I almost bought my own on amazon. I hated having to lay on that old green sheet with a big stain on it. It was always on there being used by everyone before me. Dr Shah also performed acupuncture on me before my massage quite a few times and would take a napkin to pat the blood off my back and send Corey the masseuse right in to give me a message while I likely still was bleeding. One time Corey even pated it up with a napkin and mentioned she hates when they do acupuncture before the massage because people bleed. Dr Shah did not seem knowledgeable or like he cared while performing acupuncture. He never examined me at visits or asked about my pain or how the acupuncture was working. He just came in real fast put the needles wherever and moved on to the next patient. The only reason I kept going is because the massage helped and my insurance paid for it. I kept letting him do acupuncture because I did not want to offend him and hoped id get lucky and have him stick the needles somewhere I needed them. Update.. I received a call from Dr Shah about a week or so ago saying he has gotten things worked out with Allstate whom is secondary to my primary insurance Aetna and told me I could come back. I believe this is because he had seen my reviews or was contacted by the hospital his office is located in about my complaint. However, when I was in the office with him he made it clear that even if Allstate paid my secondary patient portion it will still be a waste of his time because Aetna pays him less than he charges and its not worth it. Update today I received a call from his wife telling me I have falsified my reviews of them. My review was my honest opinion and I did not lie or exaggerate my experience with them. I stand by my reviews. His wife threatened to take me to court over it. I told her to go ahead I stand by my review. My review is not the only one out there that have similar complaints. They also solicit patients for reviews. Every week for about 3 weeks Id be asked to submit my review. I eventually caved and gave them a decent review because I was still a patient and did not want to say what I really thought because it would have made things weird. I had that review taken down. She said that she went there as well, and his office is literally attached to the hospital, so I thought what the heck... And it's been a life saver. My headaches are gone and even thought it's only been a couple weeks I do notice a difference. I'm not saying they're miracle workers, but I've seen far less results with traditional medicine and care. If you can afford the commitment (and have decent insurance), do yourself a favor and check them out. Oh and the office staff is amazing as well!
