They get me a different size and offer to refund me the cost difference since the size was smaller. It was five bucks. I never got the refund and honestly, I completely forgot. I ordered something again today. Drizly once again offered a size that they didn't carry. I ordered it. They called. I ultimately just cancelled. I figured, fool me once, shame on you... fool me twice, shame on me! The store manager calls me himself to rectify things. I told him about my last experience and he was like, OH NO!! THAT'S NOT HOW WE DO BUSINESS! He personally delivers what I ordered and hands me the money from last time. This is the basics of honest, good customer service. It's not a big deal but it's enough to put a bad taste in someone's mouth. This manager went above and beyond and they earned a customer for a very long time. Thanks guys!

Basic customer service skills dictate that employees should greet customers upon arrival. When I brought this to their attention, they explained that they were engaged in a conversation. However, they could have taken a moment to acknowledge me before continuing their conversation. Yes I know I am beautiful, but it only takes a moment to SPEAK! Additionally, the store was quite empty, which made me think that they were expecting inventory. I believe that it is important for employees to acknowledge customers, regardless of their gender. When I expressed this sentiment to the employees, they laughed, which I found unprofessional and disappointing. UGH!

I rarely buy liquor and live so close to a grocery store that picking up wine there is my easiest bet more often than not. But since this place is next to the newly opened Civic, I saw them promoting the tasting on their social media as they plan to carry wines from this maker at their location once they are able to serve alcohol. Either way, I was around the way so I dropped by and was pleasantly surprised by how nice everyone was as well as the sense of community that felt present among folks that dropped by for the tasting. Most people I spoke with lived nearby and represented all walks of life. It was nice to just chit chat with folks and sample wine in a warm, cozy and unpretentious environment. I was able to buy a bottle of one of my favorites and also try a new wine that I had never seen before that I also really enjoyed. Thank you Drizly and Capitol Wine for keeping the wine flowing during this quarantine.
