I was told it was strictly first come first serve but that they could get me in to see the doctor in 10-15 minutes if I could wait. Being pleasantly surprised, I decided to wait. 45 minutes later and not having been seen yet, I had to leave to get to another appointment. Not a big problem. I returned the next day and again checked in and waited. I soon learned that it he office did offer appointments and that a doctor only was available via Skype - he never even goes to the office,. Well, still not a huge problem. 2 hours later and seeing many people being helped who had come in after me, I had a problem. I asked the oh-so-friendly and condescending staff member when I could expect to be seen. She informed me that she had forgotten about me and that she would do ME a favor and try to get me back in the rotation. Wow! Huge problem. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself from wasting your time at a business that is not only rude and incompetent, but one that does not even remotely value your business.

Dr Cooke Disrespected her request for her advocate, who he kept in the waiting room, to be present during her room visit with him. Although she asked to have her advocate brought in, he denied her request & claimed HE was not comfortable with that.. His patient struggled with holding all the information he was going over with her. He hijacked her trust & she will not be returning . He has only served himself & has broken his medical oath of "DO NO HARM ". I DO NOT recommend anyone else being treated this way. He has taken authority over his patient's Will Power as to what their emotional mental needs have required them to ask for.
