He performed a very thorough inspection and took the time to explain exactly what he was looking for and why. I was really worried about having a roach infestation, but James immediately put my mind at ease. He explained that the roaches I was seeing were actually outdoor Turkish roaches that had come inside because of the extreme heat--not a German cockroach infestation like I feared. His knowledge and honesty gave me so much peace of mind. Instead of trying to sell me services I didn't need, he gave me practical tips and tricks to help prevent future issues and explained what I could do around my home. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares more about helping people than making a sale. If you're looking for an exterminator who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly has your best interests at heart, James with TruPest Solutions is the person to call. I reached out to 911 pest control and immediately got a price and was told they could be there that afternoon. Markus came out that afternoon, set up the rat traps, and less than 24 hours later, the rat was gone! The relief we felt was amazing as we were terrified in our own home. Even after he caught the rat, Markus came by every week for a month to make sure that was the only rat we had (thankfully it was). Markus was always kind, on time, courteous, and just a great guy! I highly recommend 911 pest control and they will forever be our go to for now on!

Efforts by Hatch Pest Solutions to exclude mice and chipmunks from my cabin in the woods appear to…read morebe performative at best. After sending me a message on the phone that they found a number of dead mice and dead chipmunks last week, on the third billed visit, with no mention of exclusions, the VP of Operations, Lisa, now claims that they have sealed up the outside of the house. I haven't confirmed this because it takes two hours to drive up there. On the next visit, they plan to sanitize. My husband now tells me that Hatch employees who came out for the estimate said there's a monthly Hatch customer in the forest nearby. They said they sanitize using Pine Sol. They didn't bother to inspect the space underneath the cabin. I've now had the very unpleasant experience of researching what it actually takes to exclude mice and chipmunks from a pier and beam cabin. Rodent borne pathogens require industrial enzymatic neutralizers, not scented household cleaners. The urine of mice and chipmunks can be detected by other mice and chipmunks from hundreds of yards away, acting as a beacon for proven habitats such as my cabin. Chipmunks are great diggers and have to be excluded using industrial grade steel hardware trenched underground. If exclusions were done correctly, I won't be a monthly customer for Hatch, which is probably really their goal.

Duane Bushner was actually our original contractor when this entire process started, and having him back out today for our recent inspection was great. As always, he did an incredibly thorough walkthrough and took the time to share knowledgeable insights on termites (and roaches) and exactly what to keep an eye out for. What really sets Gallant apart is their 4-year warranty. Knowing they actually stand behind their work for the long haul gives us total peace of mind--it proves their work is truly bug-proof. Highly recommend Duane and the Gallant team if you want honest, quality service.

Despite repeated treatments, I am still finding roaches in different areas of the house. The number may be lower, but the issue is not resolved, which is disappointing. If you are considering Gallant Pest Control, they do stand behind their warranty, but in my case the treatments did not eliminate the roach problem.

I had a rat infestation in my house for about a month. I tried catching them myself but only got a couple and decided to hire the professionals. Seth took care to make sure all entrances to my house were sealed and answered various questions I had regarding the rats. As of today all of the rats are gone and I am very happy. My only complaint is the front desk not booking me properly. I had to call multiple times to confirm and book appointments. A couple appointments I told them to book me for a couple hours because I still heard rat activity midway through the process, but the front desk waved me off and booked me for a 30 minute "trap check" appointment. However, when Seth came for those appointments he took his time and spent multiple hours at my house on several occasions sealing more entrances and setting more traps. Very happy with the workers but I think the process could have been sped up if the front desk had booked the workers properly and in a more timely fashion.
