I found the service here today great. Steve said that he would refund me my money if my inflatable SUP was not the right size. We inflated the SUP on the spot and then knew for sure it was the correct width for me. He also matched another company's price who would not assure me of the SUP size for my frame. After I commented out loud in front of other customers how good the service was Steve commented "This is how customers should always be treated and this is part of my job to treat customers well." Price matched, good customer service, very courteous over the phone and answered all of my questions before arriving on the scene and went the extra mile. A job well done. I hadn't set foot in Boardsports in way over a decade, but I recently purchased a Duotone E-Pace 5.8m2 windsurfing sail from them. I found their customer service excellent from the time that I placed the order over the phone to the time that I picked up the sail the following day. They were more than happy to unroll the sail in the store so that I could see the sail before I left. In these COVID times when it has been difficult to find any windsurfing gear, Boardsports had the inventory on hand - not at some other dealer location or worse, somewhere in the US. I came in here to buy a new snowboard set up with minimal research done beforehand. The staff member that was helping me (I forget his name) was super knowledgeable on the wide variety of boards the store had to offer, and helped me with developing a short list of boards and bindings to choose from. I ended up purchasing the Never Summer Proto, and Union Force bindings. Took them on a trip out west to big white last week and could not have been happier, thanks guys! These guys are NOT CHUMPS! Steve (and Steve), Thanks for your help setting me up with a 4.7 sail and rig a couple of weeks ago. Now that there are about 20 sailing hours on the sail I can say that it is working out great. The sail is really nice, light and stable. It has been great for me even in slightly higher winds and great for my friends to come and try out windsurfing. read more

Just picked up a great new ski and rear plate. Mac was awesome at helping me decide on which ski was best for me. He has also been amazing at helping with my son's new boot.
