However the customer service has always been friendly and welcoming. My latest visit I had to exchange the Osaka Nike GP Challenge 1 shoes because they fit narrow. They were able to put the half size up for me and I was able to try them on. They were still narrow so the persona at the time helped me with selecting a different light tennis shoe. The prices are reflective of the sport. In other words tennis is not cheap so why would I expect equipment, clothings etc. to be? They are on the pricer side just in the sense I have never been in the store when a sale was happening. That's all I'll say to that. Overall great experience and I will be stopping by again on my own terms.

Moreover, a Big Thank You to Vinnie whom originally took my call and answered all my silly questions of which prompted me to drive from Markham through traffic on the Don Valley to BS. Another big thank to Brandon Prince at Boardsports for being so patient and knowledgeable with me explaining the differences between the various foil wing manufacturers. Moreover, he even introduced me to Steve the owner of Boardsports whom also was very knowledgeable about using the demo Takuma Wing Three 6.0 M foil wing. In fact I was so impressed that I purchased Steve's demo foil wing and was advised by same I would also have 1 year warranty for my Demo Takuma Wing Three. Board sports took it in, promised a quote in a few days. 10 days later when I called - told I would be called back. No call. 2 weeks after dropping it off- same thing. This time they did get back to me only to tell me that the totally forgot about me, and that they will send it out as ASAP. When? Don't know. How much? Don't know. What are you going to do to expedite it or compensate me ? NOTHING. As you can guess I picked up the kite, and am having it repaired somewhere else. Never am I setting foot at this place again. This should be your first stop if you would like to experiment with any kind of sport since the staff is knowledgeable and used to dealing with first timers. At least they will take their used gear back the next day or the next season if you want to trade up or get a different size. Then you will only pay the difference and help support the store with renewed stock, a very cool idea! So there you go - no excuses when someone says, 'Let's go skating!'

Yes, I've had to bring the bike back once or twice to readdress an issue but that's life (and bikes), for the most part they nail it. And if they don't they own up and fix it ASAP.
