Silly questions won't bother them, they are accustomed to it. Prices are very reasonable and they take trade-ins of your old gear. At least they will take their used gear back the next day or the next season if you want to trade up or get a different size. Then you will only pay the difference and help support the store with renewed stock, a very cool idea! So there you go - no excuses when someone says, 'Let's go skating!'

Unfortunately, one of the staff members who strings racket was off sick when I was supposed to get it. I mentioned to Mo that I really needed the racket for a match the following day and I don't have another racket of the same quality, and he understood how important it was. Mo personally replaced the bumper guard and strung my racket! I was grateful when he offered to deliver it to my home later that day. I made sure I wasn't out of his way. This just shows how much they care about great customer service and their willingness to do whatever it takes to make customers happy. Keep up the awesome work, ATR! I find there are lots of items marked down and many clearance plus on sale stickers. He often finds super bargains like today! Customer service was good. Plenty of parking at the side of the store.

The staff were very helpful, gave good advice and recommendations. They have a good amount of choice and gear. I'd say if you didn't know exactly what you wanted while you may not be lost, its not easy peasy. Their prices are competitive with other places and even the large box stores. The one thing I find could use a bit of improvement was ability to get help. They seemed busy that it's tough getting help. They should notice the lost customers immediately. But when you do get help, they devote their attention to you and don't get distracted easily.

I hoped they had wider variety like Risport and so on and such but all the items in the store are from excellent brands with reputation, and they all are high quality. The staff was very willing to help her choose the right skates as he walked us through available selections and explained what they are known for. This store also sells many accessories and apparels. Based on what I saw they had everything I would need for shows and maintaining skates.And you can also find products for ballets and gymnastics, and they have as many available products. Sharpening service is available at good price, which I can't yet comment on as I haven't done it here yet.
