He identified the leak and corrected the problem that day. Additionally he went above and beyond to ID where the water had caused damage and where I had potential mold. He immediately began mold remediation that stopped the problem and began corrective measures. He then worked with me to schedule a time when I was traveling for work to come back and replace my cabinets, kitchen flooring and replace the insulation in my basement crawl space. This was big concern for me because I have a dog and the work would have made him anxious. Ryan scheduled my work in the middle of a personal project he was completing. It was not convenient for him but he knew it was the best for me and made it work. He got all this done, as he promised, during the 2 day period I was out of the house. I came back to a new floor and mold free kitchen and crawl space. As a bonus, he noticed my storm door had broken and fixed that for me without me ever mentioning it or asking him to do it. Finding a reliable home inspection and repair company seems to always be a guessing game. However when you hire Ryan you can be assured that the work will be done correctly and on time. He is sensitive to any special concerns you have (I.e. scheduling around your schedule) and makes sure the work is done properly even if it means going above and beyond what was discussed. Larry was extremely helpful. They focus on the contractors but love the public as well. You can purchase stuff in bulk. I also saw a nice display room with samples. They had two beautiful unfinished walnut vents in stock hand made in the south someplace. Ahh, U.S. made. Of course I needed three so they ordered another one. I also picked up some felt buttons. They have those in bulk too. A spray can of urethane to finish these puppies. They came out perfect. The price was a little higher than I anticipated paying but these are a perfect topping. This is a great place to get all your wood flooring needs.

Having lived in a home w/mold, we knew to call for inspection before letting the plumber open the wall to find the source of the leak. Having done business with Healthy Homes before, with an extremely successful outcome, we called immediately. Healthy Homes was out quickly to investigate the problem. Since the leak originated on the upper floor, investigation had to be performed on the downstairs ceiling, up through the second floor, and finally behind the bathroom drywall. Most importantly, was the fact that George and Meg were aware of the fact that I'm immunodeficient and were very particular every step of the way since I've been exposed to mold in the past. Every step of the way we received photos, the insurance company was happy to be working with a leader in the industry, and although it took some time to find the leak, remediate the existing property, and then work and direct the contractors, we were kept up to date every step of the way. HH performed all of this while we were in AZ hiking for a holiday. We cannot stress the importance of a qualified and certified mold inspection organization with business longevity, extremely knowledgeable employees, and owners who are willing to roll up their sleeves and pitch in. What an outstanding job and the attention to detail with preserving our antiques and specialty paint finishes. Everything detail was important!!!
