There was no work space for the paints, water and brushes because we were seated so close together. We couldn't see the instructor or able to see what she was demonstrating. We were really looking forward to this class and left feeling like they just cared about fitting as many bodies in to make money. This also raises the question what the occupancy for this space is because I have to believe they were over it. If there had been a fire or emergency I don't think everyone could have gotten out nor could any emergency help get in with equipment etc.

If you are 21+, they are very accommodating with BYOB providing ice, glasses, and OJ for mimosas! There were 13 of us in a class to paint a decorated tree in the beautiful outdoors. Our instructor was very good. She led us, step by step, to make the tree all better than we thought we could upon entry. There were plenty of breaks to get paint to dry, and that made the experience the full two hours. She was also willing to take photos of groups at the end. There are drinks and snacks available and near by bathrooms, so you can keep yourself busy during those breaks. It was also reasonable for the amount of time spent, and for being able to take something home with you...$35/person. We will be back!

She got to the door, had to put the package down outside to get the door open - while a young girl working there just stood inside and looked. She didn't bother to open the door to help her. Once inside, the girl said "there is a cart" and my wife told her the hardest part was getting into the store - there are no carts outside nor a sign saying there are carts inside. The girls working there sound like high schoolers. My wife was asked "do you want a receipt?". I dislike stupid questions like this - without a receipt, what proof do I have of sending it??" Then the girl got a white sticker and covered up the FedEx address label we had put on the package at home. Sounds like a pretty efficient operation where the clerks care about the customer, right? We'll avoid using FedEx. UPS is a much better choice.
