We have never been here before, she even offered their sweet & sour dressing to top of sandwiches! BEST SUGGESTION EVER! Their sweet & sour sauce is so so so yummy! We tried their Baja chicken & the turkey club. The bread was so soft, the turkey was delicious, all together so filling! I also had their double IPA from the bar; so good! I don't even drink beer but I love this place! The sandwiches are a delight for my taste buds, especially my favorite, the beef dip. B&B consistently delivers my favorite! Back in 2021 when I still had very little taste due to Covid the only substantial meal I could eat was this sandwich from the RSM location. I was worried that it wouldn't taste as good in Ladera. But not only is it just as delicious as in RSM it's now served to me by an excellent staff. They are amazing! They work hard without letting you know it, know what I mean? And the place itself is great to socialize and meet up with friends. Nice bar and TVs plus plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. All this probably explains why we are there almost 3-4 times a week! Taking this location off my list from now on. Done. I really like B&B, but this location drops the ball every time. The RSM location is great, the Laguna Niguel location is great, but for some reason this location can never meet the same experience as the other locations. I order regularly through Doordash, and have the same Italian Sub and chips delivered once a week. It used to deliver to me from the RSM location, and the sandwich was always perfect. Lots of meat and cheese, and fresh veggies with soft bread. The last few times for some reason, Doordash selects this location to deliver to me. Talk about a difference, and not for the better! They barely add any meat to the sandwich, the bread is not fresh, and the veggies and cheese are lousy. Seriuosly, they are skimping on EVERYTHING Board & Brew is known for! The last 2 times I have had more pepperoncinis on my sub than meat and cheese!?! Paying the higher cost to get the large sandwich with ample amounts of the meats, cheese, and veggies you get at all other B&B locations? Not happening here. You would get more meat, cheese, veggies, and fresher bread from Subway on a $5.00 sandwich. Sad. Look at the picture I posted of what you will get here, compared to the picture of their stock photo of the same sub, and a picture of the same sub from the RSM location. This is not a one time instance for this location, it is every time this location makes my sandwich. Also, if you order Dirty Chips, which every B&B location carries, you will not get it from here. They will send you Kettle chips for some reason without saying anything? They can't even get that right! I am done ordering from this location, and will make sure from now on which location it is sending my order from. Last weekend was Ladera Ranch Board & Brew's grand opening. It was understandably packed because the food is amazing, but the line moved quickly thanks to an efficient owner and team. I ordered my sandwich in a wrap to save the bread calories and my changes were greeted with 'no problem' and a smile. The LR B&B location is perfect! Lots of room inside and on the patio as well. Really bummed with our Door Dash delivery. We ordered 4 sandwiches, with fees, etc.. $72.00 for 4 sandwiches. That doesn't bother me. B n B has great sauce with their sandwiches and we put in the notes extra sauce on top of the normal. 30 minutes later our order arrives and absolutely no sauce. Beyond the normal sauce missing, the extra sauce wasn't there. Pretty sad this wasnt checked by B n B or Doordash. $72.00 and we all missed the sauce. I called the location immediately and they seemed to not care, no one was a manager in charge. They transferred me to the bartender where I waited on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up. Note to anyone using the services for delivery, call B n B and confirm their packaging your order correctly for your delivery. Sucks! read more

I was at this Board and Brew yesterday and witnessed something that was very disturbing to me and my boyfriend. We were sitting in the establishment and 3 people walked in that looked younger. They ordered there food and tried to order some beer. The bartender asked them for their id's and immediately told them that they were fake and said something along the lines of I usually cut these up. The bartender then proceeded to mock them, laugh at them and was telling the other patrons in there very loudly that they had fake id's and continued to laugh at them. Well, long story short, we stayed and had a couple more drinks and finished our food. Right before we were leaving the kids came back with an adult with them. They then ordered a pitcher of beer and were denied again. The adult asked for the manager who then came out. He got them a pitcher of beer. Clearly the id's were in fact not fake. The bartender was completely out of hand and extremely rude. I work in customer service and would NEVER treat anyone the way she did nor would my co workers. I was so shocked at her behavior. It's fine if she didn't believe them, just give them their license back and go on with your business but to ridicule them in front of an entire restaurant is unacceptable. I certainly would not want someone like that associated with my business. read more

Every sandwich I've had has been 100% satisfying. In addition, they have an excellent selection of beers that pair nicely with any sandwich. I'm so happy that there is a Board and Brew in Ladera! We used to drive out to Laguna Niguel when we would have cravings. My go to is always the Turkado (they really pack in the avocados), it's insanely good. Everything is fresh and the sourdough just hit right. When we arrived at park and unpacked food there were no sauces to go with the sandwiches. I think we enjoy the sauce more than the actual sandwich.. without the sauce it's a pretty bland tasting sandwich. I didn't understand why the sauces weren't put in the bag because I was observing a couple of the girls in the front just goofing around and I figured they weren't too busy so how did they get it wrong.
