Javier was very professional and friendly. His crew started the job within 2-3 weeks after our first contact. They started on a Wed. and finished by Sat. afternoon of the same week. They replaced all of the pipes, shut off valves and two outside faucets. We always had water in at least one bathroom shower and sink throughout the repair. They also replaced all of the drywall and made the walls 'paint ready' for us, as we requested. I read reviews online before hiring Javier and saw many complaints about contractors who'd left homes messy and disrupted. Javier's crew did a good job of protecting our belongings and cleaning up after themselves as well. Excellent job with our repair!

Gabriel's remodeling removed all old items in timely manner and took away; before adding new vanity, light fixtue and switches, faucet and medicine cabinet they had to repair wall around old vanity. They did repair and painted whole bathroom so paint would match. Once they added new vanity Gabriel had to do extra plumbing to make pipes fit in updated vanity. He did this and also added a dimmer switch and fixed our tub faucet with replacement part. Very clean around work areas and our stairs leading to upper level bathroom. Exceptional job by Gabriel and his crew! Will call on them again when we update our kitchen.

We have had now two projects completed by SGS Builders, and the work completed by Steve Sanders,…read moreEnrique, and crew was nothing less than outstanding. Several years ago we hired Steve to remove a load bearing wall to create a large open family room. Steve completed the project in record time and it looked perfect. In Mid-2018, we decided to add 1,000+ Sq Ft to our home to create a new Kitchen, living room and dinette space all in an open concept. What I had in my head was placed into a design by Steve and built exacted as we dreamed. It has now been nine months since the project was completed and we couldn't be happier with the finished project and Steve's work. The space looks great and we have had no problems with the workmanship. Everyone who has seen our new space has the same reaction, Wow, who did this work? There were so many complexities to this project which included the removing of a fireplace, raising a portion of the house that had settled, splitting the HVAC system to install an upstairs and downstairs unit, new plumbing, fixtures, adding a new section right next to an existing pool, the list goes on and on. Steve thoroughly planned each and every phase of construction in a timely and professional manner. To add to Steve's burden, my wife and I remained in the house throughout the 120 - 160 day construction period. We made a very large investment in our home and Steve was the only one we trusted to complete such a large project. Steve has outstanding project management skills as well as his vast experience in construction will keep any project on track. Steve and his crew were onsite 1 June through Mid-September and we had zero problems with the construction or crew. The subcontractors Steve's works with he has known for years and they are very good. We have found Steve's pricing to be fair, competitive, and honest. I would not hesitate to hire SGS Builders, Steve and Enrique, again. They are outstanding to work with and we couldn't be happier with our two projects completed by Steve.

Plumbing had to be replaced and reconfigured to move it from the right well to the left; we wanted a bathtub to replace the ancient standing shower; it took us forever to pick a vanity; we wound up choosing hardware that required specialised installation & nothing in that bathroom had been updated for about 20 years. Austin, Moira & Carlos at Kingston guided our selections, problem-solved as issues came up, kept up a steady flow of communication & all in all, delivered a gorgeous result for a reasonable price. Moira, the Director of Operations, was especially instrumental in translating our hopes into reality. What we had when this project started was a tired, leaky, non-functional butter yellow & turquoise late 70's/earlyspace with a useless dividing wall that made the room look smaller then it is. After about 7 weeks what we had instead was a beautiful modern bath with sharply contemporary hardware, a soothing grey color scheme with gleaming porcelain tiles, annoying partial wall removed & an elegant, deep bathtub that surprisingly fit into the small amount of space we had to work with, our starkly modern design scheme *and* our budget.
