The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. They were on time and even communicated with me as they were on their way. The whole front end communication process was efficient. The estimate was done quickly and broken out by area of damage on the car. It was the lowest I had received--in some cases a lot lower, and he knew it would be. They don't lease a garage anymore, so have no real overhead like many other shops. There was also a little cash discount as well. They offered to pick up and deliver the car to me, but I elected to bring it and pick it up, as I just purchased the car. David kept me informed during the repair process, and even sent me progress videos. I took it in on a Friday and got it back on Sunday. They seem to work on weekends, which seemed unusual, but great for me in terms of turning around the car! Their guy (Jose) did a really great job. There was one small dent of the many on the car that was on the trunk lip that they explained they had no real access to in order to be able to remove the dent. They were respectful with the car, and did not drive it unnecessarily. He asked me to take a picture of the odometer as a check to put my mind at ease about that. So, very professional in that regard. They offer 100% satisfaction and a lifetime warranty. What could be better than that? I picked up the car on a Sunday evening after David texting me that the car was done, and met with Susan, paid using Zelle, and was on my way quickly upon inspecting the car at pickup. My side mirror was broken when I got my truck and he never replaced it. He also gave me warranty on the paint and 3 weeks later my hood paint is chipping, my fog lights got replace and they have water inside them also one of the lights has a piece of trash inside, My day time running lights bulbs got replace and put red brake lights. My transmission coolant was replace but not the hose and I had transmission oil leaking. He gave me several deadlines. I never rushed them and when I picked up my truck the first time the hood did not fit; l stayed an hour while they hit it to try and make it close. After a few days he then told me it was ready again with several issues still. I'm still waiting for him to call or text to fix the issues and he has not reached back out to me at this point it's safe to say he does not care to make it right.
