I dropped my car off on a Friday and was told my car would be done by Monday in time for me to be back at work. I was then notified that it was delayed till Wednesday due to part not coming in from the dealership and I would be out of a car for almost a week at this point . Okay I agree no problem until a week after I got my car fixed the piece that I waited extra time on and waited to get my car back flew off on the highway causing me to have my time wasted and my car still damaged and my insurance paying for these part for no reason..... As far as insurance I asked my insurance for a break down quote that they received from them and when they sent it there was $3,400 in a category Extra expense on top of the $8,000 in the category hail damage and labor which is already expensive for hail damage but I trusted them to do a good job.so I questioned it and my Insurance relayed to me that was too cover my "rental" and some extra part they may needed, which feel off my car a week later. keep in mind with that being said they scammed my insurance to cover my imaginary rental they said they gave me and cover my expenses and they never did. So I requested money back to cover my week long expenses and for my time and inconvenience that I had too cover out of pocket with reached over 500+ dollars and they "complied" and said they agreed they could do $500 no problem which honestly I think should have been more but they refused anymore than that.because they SCAMMED MY INSURANCE OVER $4000 extra in imaginary cost that were unexplained and me too still be waiting over the estimated time and my car still not fixed I will be going forward legally if not taken care of. NO LETS FAST FORWARD 3 months where after several long conversations with the guy that handled my car and all conversations hasent payed me and keep making excuses.has YET TO PAY ME Going on a year and I will not let this up. Legal anything over $1000 is considered fraud and a felony amount of theft and I'm sure the cops and my attorney would love this case or multiple insurance scam cases I have been patient and have all the paperwork and evidence and past conversations. Just after repairing the hail damage it looked great... then the rainy season came. Water was leaking INTO my car. It was coming through the body structure into the front and rear floorboards and also into the trunk area. I couldn't figure it out. A friend suggested that maybe the sunroof was re- installed improperly. Sure enough, that was it. ADC repaired that and paid for my car to be dried out and de-mildewed. That was good. They charged my insurance company for their mistake (not so good). So then, summer comes - I notice little dots all over the roof. Clear coat was coming off at every spot there had been a hail Dent fixed. I called ADC and sent them a photo. They acted as if they would take care of it, but weather and scheduling pushed it out for over a month. The non- clear coat dots got bigger. Finally, the took a look at it. Although the service person could see that it was their doing, the owner Would NOT repair it. He said to have it Re- painted myself. Ridiculous! It was clear that the dots had started where the dents been fixed! Don't give these people your business. Their warranty is worthless and their work is shoddy. (I would post a Pic of I could)

In the mean time, they loaned me a car to use until my car was returned. I was told my car would be ready in 3 weeks, but it was repaired and returned in 2. They also waived my deductible. Total cost not covered by insurance: $0! This is a great business, and they did a great job on my car. I highly recommend them.

To be honest one was really bad, and BOTH were on fender crease lines that looked impossible to repair. When I got her car back, all of the hail damage was repaired and they also were able to fix the side dents. The car looked like brand new. The driver clearly failed to properly secure the steering wheel, which is basic towing procedure. This level of negligence is unacceptable. What made the situation worse is the company's complete lack of accountability. They denied responsibility and refused to provide their insurance information so I could file a claim. That alone says everything about how they handle their mistakes. This experience was beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. If a company damages your vehicle and then refuses to take responsibility or even cooperate, that's a huge red flag.
