He showed up as promised and replaced a kitchen faucet and reset a toilet that the flange had rusted out. Very reasonably priced. I had a water heater that was beyond it's expiration date. Set up a date for the following week. Vernon called me on Tuesday morning as promised. He was at my house on time. Had everything he needed for the job and did a great job. Doug Bamford went above and beyond, cleaning, adjusting, and repairing our previously only…read moresemi-working boiler. In the 20 years we have lived in this house the heat has never worked this well and I expect we will see some reduction in our electric usage this winter. But even more importantly, the boiler is significantly safer thanks to Doug. He arrived on time and was able to identify the main problem, a separated joint, after a short investigation. He repaired the break in the line perfectly.
