I've been a customer for over 15 years. When I was unfortunately robbed this month, I came I this branch to get back on track of putting my finances back together. My account was frozen and changed to accept deposits only while I opened a new account. I was under the impression that I was being help I was wrong. The account that was frozen also had my mom on the account. Following this I was on vacation, and the banker that helped me open a new account had transferred money from my moms account (that I do not share with her) without her permission. The amount was the exact amount that I took from the frozen account to my new account. After being on the phone for close to an hour, a different banker from this branch reopened, transferred the amount back to my mom, and refrozen my account. I thought everything was fine. Nope. All the bills scheduled to be paid from my frozen account, in which I purposely left money in for these payments, were not authorized by the bank even though I had already been through the payments with them. It gets better. After a week, I change all my bill payments to the new checking account number, pay some bills and patiently wait for my last cycled pay check to be deposited into my frozen account before using my new account. Checked my account on Friday, paycheck pending, great! Nope. On Saturday morning, I find hat my paycheck was rejected because the 2nd banker I spoke to while on vacation, froze my account without having it accept deposits. So all my bills are due in a week and all my
Money, went back to my employer. Needless to say, I thought I was being helped after being a victim in a crime. But it turned out I was also a victim of this banks stupidity. All my checkin and savings accounts were closed. read more
