So then you may be thinking "you get what you pay for" and that I may be in trouble. No. Two weeks after signing with them I had my catalytic converters stolen off two vehicles. They were replaced within a week. I had a fire because of some idiot in my building--taken care of again--Immediately. I also ran into a car with a Uhaul. Again, taken care of. Then I had a tree fall on my truck two weeks after buying it--taken care of again. No issues. But the thing that gets me the most is that when I had an issue which my insurance wouldn't pay (a mechanic causes damage to my vehicle), Carol listened to my venting, advised me as to how to deal with it. Without her help, I would've been stuck paying a $7000 repair or having to sue the guy. She went out of her way to help me and I am so grateful.
