They also will not refinance my loan under my name only, even though I've never missed a payment in 3 years. I'm definitely looking into a different bank. I've already left a glowing Yelp review for the main GCU office (in Oak Creek), but here's a summary: I've been a member for 14 years, I had a car loan through GCU, and GCU staff have gone out of their way to help me deal with some oddball "cash flow" issues. When I was tasked with filling out a **very** perplexing tax return (not your typical "1040") for an elderly relative, GCU provided prompt expert assistance at a fair price. One additional item that was not in that other review: In comparison to some other bank and credit union websites that I have used, the GCU website is particularly easy to use. It lets me do a great job of managing my checkbook, monitoring my credit card expenses, and paying bills. And, it supports "Two Factor Authentication" log-in without being a nagging burden. What more could you ask for?

When I came into the St. Francis location, I met with Kim, who was super nice and helpful. She followed up with me multiple times over the next week to keep me updated on the status of my accounts.
