An absolute failure at every level…read more We had a crew scheduled Saturday to take our load; however, when they arrived they realized they didn't have nearly enough room in their truck and that the price would be TRIPLE the estimate. This was annoying, but I decided to go through with it anyway due to our timeline. The next day they were supposed to arrive from 8-10AM, and after not hearing anything I reached out to the office and eventually heard back from someone at 11:30 letting me know they'll call in 45 minutes with an ETA. I waited 3.5 hours and never heard back. I had already rented a pressure washer to clean the siding over there, so now I'm at 48 hours rented and I still haven't used it. I have actually lost money by giving this company multiple chances, because they found a way to fail me every time. We are now using another service (at a MUCH lower price), and would strongly recommend to anyone else to do the same.

What pleasantly surprised me was their professionalism coupled with genuine friendliness. They left not one scrape on the walls bringing it downstairs! They had the proper tools to work with, and overall did everything in a few minutes. I highly recommend Alan and Dani for their quality work!

Did a search for locksmiths. First one to hit me back was Arman. After a short text back, he said give him 35 or 40 minutes. Well he got here in maybe 25. So were off to a good start already. They didn't dawdle, exchanged a couple of howdies, got right to work. Within 10 minutes, trunk was popped, keys retrieved, crisis averted. This was more than amazing. Night, raining, they still got here super timely and got the job done with no damage to the car. Hopefully I never need a locksmith again soon. If I do? Arman.

The tech arrived on time, was incredibly professional and friendly. We had a couple of extra items we added to the list and he helped without hesitation. The tech would finish one task and asked if everything looked ok before moving on to the next. That's a really nice touch! I apologized to Arman for adding the items and he was so kind and treated it as no big deal "that's what we are here for". Really appreciated the service and quality! Will definitely use them again for the next projects!

I secured two 20-yard dumpsters and they were delivered on schedule. We quickly filled the two dumpsters I rented and when I called KDD (on a Saturday, nonetheless) to request additional dumpsters Michael had two dropped and one hauled away within 4 hours. We are not local to the area, so we had one shot to knock this haul off out and Michael and team delivered. KDD made a stressful day go smoothly and I cant speak highly enough about them!

*First, the Gentlemen Who Provided the Service: 5 stars*…read more It's hard to put into words how exceptional Carlos and Jean were. Not only were they communicative about their ETA, they: - asked through questions about exactly what was to be removed and explained the estimate to me in a concise, professional manner - handled the job efficiently and with absolute precision - showed up with smiles on their faces and calm, kind demeanors. They could tell how stressed I was feeling and met that stress with warmth, encouragement, and support far beyond the call of duty. During the short 10-15 minutes they were on site, both gentlemen checked in with me to make sure I was personally doing okay and to ask if there was anything more they could do to help. I can't speak to the rest of the Weebble crew, as this was my only experience using the company, but I can wholeheartedly say that the two men that helped me are assets to any company they choose to work for. *Second, Ease of Booking and Scheduling: 5 Stars* Carlos and Jean's work aside, the booking and scheduling process was exceptional, too. Within minutes of my extremely last-minute booking request, I received a text to coordinate the exact timeframe and an explanation of the services/bid process. I was able to ask questions via text (if you prefer, you can also choose to communicate via phone call) and received prompt, complete responses to each question. Thank you so much. I was and am blown away by the adept and excellent work provided by Weeble and its employees from start to finish. Absolutely worth every penny.

Update: the next day I finally got a call from Junk King and the guy (Ryan?) was not very sorry and pretty rude. He said he was busy. He started acting disparaging when we said we decided to work with someone else. Even though we are still figuring out who we will work with, we know it won't be Junk King.
