Stay as far from this company as you can!!!!!
On July 29, 2019 I received an unsolicited call from Jesse Medina (Regional Manager) who stated that he found my resume on Ziprecruiter and wanted to interview me for an opening within the organization for a sales rep. I agreed and scheduled an interview for Friday August 2, 2019 for 11:00am. Jesse knew from our conversation that I was living in Houston and would be driving into Dallas for the interview. I arrived at 10:45am for my interview. The office was empty and I could hear a voice coming from within the office, but out of site. I knocked and a female responded that she would be right with me. Twenty minutes later another employee entered the office and asked me if I had been helped. I said I had not. Explaining that I was there for an interview with Jesse, the employee went into the office area and a few minutes later, the female appeared and asked if she could help me. After explaining again why I was there she informed me that Jesse was not in the office. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, Jesse apparently instructed another employee to interview me. I left after completing the interview. Later that afternoon I received a call from Jesse (never apologizing for standing me up) and said that the interview went well and wanted to extend an offer of employment and wanted to know how soon I could start. I told Jesse that I would need to consider the offer and would get back to him no later than Monday. Sunday night I sent an email to Jesse accepting the position and let him know that I would be able to start the following Monday as I would need the week to make the move back to Dallas. Monday morning I proceeded to make arrangements for the move back to Dallas, securing housing and canceling the current housing I had in Houston. Around 2pm I had not heard back from Jesse and called him to confirm he received my email. He had indeed received it and as I began to discuss the hiring process he informs me that he had changed his mind and was withdrawing the offer. It is certainly any organizations prerogative to change their mind as Texas is an at will State with regards to employment. But I would like to point out their complete disregard for others. No apologies for standing me up, no apologies for changing his mind. Just utter and complete disregard. Without disclosing how I know, I can further declare that Jesse is a pathological liar. He made several comments that I know to be false. Unethical employer!!!! Stay away. And what else does it say about this company that has been in business (according to Jesse) for more than 12 years and the only reviews online are all one star reviews. So BM3 Staff, thanks for wasting my time and for being so incredibly insensitive and dismissive. I completely understand why you can't keep staff and I'm grateful it was revealed before I incurred any more expense, or wasted any more of my time. read more
