I left a review a few weeks ago for some reason Is gone so I am going to take my time again to write the same review I used bm cargo to send a package to a client under my employees account during the month of may , the client got very anxious because she wanted her box and simply bm cargo took about 3 months to give us the box , the client payed a bm cargo employee not only to provide her information about all of the boxes and items that were sent , the employee also provided her with his home address , I had this particular client show up at his house without us giving her this information. as you can imagine this is a safety issue ! nor only did she got his address and showed up at his house , she had details of everything sent and received inside the boxes ( this is beyond me ) I tried calling bm cargo to receive an explanation on how was it possible that this information has been given to someone who is not the owner of the account and their answer was they have no control to monitor who logs in the accounts of clients , and even if they did see log ins they cant punish any employee just because they log in , so why was my review deleted I have no idea but I will continue to monitor this review because you are putting the safety and privacy of people at risk!. we canceled the account with bm cargo and pretty much stopped doing business with them , not because this order took 3 months and i had to pay for extra fees to the customer but because giving personal , private information is a violation of your clients rights , you had an employee take money in exchange of giving people information which could had turned out in a tragic event! the next time i come and my review is gone I am going to make this super public with every news channel and social media outlet! people needs to know exactly what kind of company they are working with!! delete the review one more time !! read more

This is a shipping company named BM Cargo it is not a particular person, that is why you see different names with the same address. If you notice that the buyer's name has a "BM-XXXXXX" code next to it, that's a code for customers and each code is unique, like an ID. If you have been scammed go with the customer's code to them and file a claim, they will probably help you get the client's information and the status of what was purchased (if they received the goods accordingly, etc). HOWEVER, it is not BM Cargo's fault that you were scammed by a customer of theirs. I live in the Dominican Republic and it is one of the most used shipping companies (or courier) in the country, everybody I know use it, including me. Just because a bunch of thieves use BM Cargo (maybe even without their knowledge), doesn't mean that every person using the address is a scammer and it doesn't mean BM Cargo is a scam company. The hacker changed my delivery address to this business: RANDY ELLIER 8400 NW 25th Street, Doral, FL 33198-1534, United States (I live in the UK), and proceeded to place winning bids on 9 gaming and iphone items of up to $900 each. Ebay resolved the hack and cancelled the transactions and restored my account, however I have had to make significant changes to my personal, security and banking details. The customer service agents that handle incoming calls are my BIGGEST ISSUE! They lack comprehension skills! They are unable to answer general questions! Most of them barely speak English and they get an attitude with you and disconnect the calls which is considered call avoidance! This company is run very poorly on customer service, and there's no real management. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I was hung up on 4 times.
