He quickly changed the tire to our donut and very nice. We called ahead to Joe's and they were so nice checking for our tire size in stock. Luckily the employee was able to plug the tire. He didn't stop there, he dunked it to make sure it wasn't leaking. Helped us put the donut back in truck after he filled it with air, and aired up all four tire. All this for $25. The weights were literally falling off the tires when I was putting them on the truck. I took some of the weights I found to the shop and they asked if I wanted to have my tires balanced again, my response was appropriate NO, if you can't do it right the first time why would I trust them to do it right the second time. I didn't ask for a refund or anything but I will never go back to them again. Weights should not fall off a tire before you even drive the car!!
