He quickly changed the tire to our donut and very nice. We called ahead to Joe's and they were so nice checking for our tire size in stock. Luckily the employee was able to plug the tire. He didn't stop there, he dunked it to make sure it wasn't leaking. Helped us put the donut back in truck after he filled it with air, and aired up all four tire. All this for $25. The car had been pulling to the right, so I thought I bet I've got a flat tire. Sure enough pulled off the freeway on Lovekin and pulled into Del Taco parking lot. Yes I got a serious low tire with a nail or screw in it that I can see. . Wife runs in orders food I look up tire shop on Yelp and see good year a couple blocks away. Wife comes out with food we drive 2 blocks to good year and I walk into the office and say I've got a nail in my tire is that the sort of thing your shop can help me out with? He says pull your car over there behind that truck, they will take care of you next. Guy finishes the truck and says "what do we have going on?" I say I got a nail right here in this tire. Dude knocks it out in about 15-20 minutes tells me to go in the office and give them this order slip. I go in and hand the office guy the order slip that says tire repair. I say what do I owe you? He says 25 dollars. I pay cash and give the guy who fixed the tire a 5 dollar bill on my way off. This was 2pm on a Friday, had this happened on a sunday or after 5 pm who knows. So.. when I purchased two tires for my John deer medium size 40 turf mower style tractor with a bucket..! From Standage tire.. I paid cash..! I took them back right away..! Because the tires were the same sizes.. however the new tires I bought from Standage were to tall.. ! At that time.. I still was learning about this unique tractor I bought.! Kyle .. explained to me that his supplier do not stock the the correct tire.. so.. if could not make these tires work that I could a get credit..! I know that I bought these tires last summer knowing that .. I could bring them back at anytime..! That was explained too me..! From Standage tire..! Soo, well I was involved in big rig accident on 10fwy going to my doctors appointment..! When we got struck from behind.. so far I've had 5 surgeries..! At Eisenhower..! I still require approximately 4 more surgeries..! Today on 03-16-2026 I tried to buy the correct tires.. or get credit for those new tires I purchased..! Kyle ... now said that he cannot give me a credit.. I'm a 67 year old gentleman..! ( I really felt sour full towards Kyle... for saying one thing.. and not a person of his word..)... he should be ashamed of himself.. to treat a disabled senior citizen this way..
