It was a 100.00 whether someone was at the shop or not. I had no idea where I was, it was pitch dark. I am not rich and did not want to risk 100.00 for a chance. I sat in my car from 10pm to 630 the next morning and called the number again. The old man hung up his phone. I called again at 7 am , and he screamed at me that I was a no-show the night before. I asked him why he was yelling at me, I just spent the night in my car scared to death. He said it was not his concern he said to go somewhere else, he would not help me. Do not go to this tire shop. The guy must be having some sort of breakdown. I hope he gets treated better than he treated me, if he ever needs help.

I would not recommend this tire shop. They sold me an $80 used tire that was completely worn out…read moreand had almost no tread left. A tire in that condition shouldn't have been sold to anyone, especially at that price. I expected a safe, usable tire, but instead I ended up with something that needed to be replaced almost immediately. I feel like I wasted my money, and I'm very disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of honesty. I won't be coming back, and I suggest others inspect any tire they buy here very carefully before leaving.

We got a flat about 2 miles down the freeway from the exit where Jesse is located. We pulled in literally on a rim on our left front tire. 15 minutes later new tire we were out the door. The weights were literally falling off the tires when I was putting them on the truck. I took some of the weights I found to the shop and they asked if I wanted to have my tires balanced again, my response was appropriate NO, if you can't do it right the first time why would I trust them to do it right the second time. I didn't ask for a refund or anything but I will never go back to them again. Weights should not fall off a tire before you even drive the car!!

He quickly changed the tire to our donut and very nice. We called ahead to Joe's and they were so nice checking for our tire size in stock. Luckily the employee was able to plug the tire. He didn't stop there, he dunked it to make sure it wasn't leaking. Helped us put the donut back in truck after he filled it with air, and aired up all four tire. All this for $25. We highly recommend Joe's on Hobsonway in Blythe, CA.
