My vehicle is a white ,2019 Honda CRV, and I have never had my interior detailed. Glad that I did. He used a leather conditioner on my leather interior. Another solution on my mats, another on my dash. Every surface looks like new. He is incredibly thorough. I originally just wanted my exterior done, but for his reasonable rate, I recommend getting the complete job, like I did. Not sure of the polishing product, he applied with a buffer pad, from a cordless drill, to my exterior. He did it in small sections, then he hand polished with a micro fibre cloth and I'm very happy with the super shiny result.

We confirmed the appt a few times. He showed up for the appt. However, Within MINUTES, he said he had to leave and would be back. He said he would contact us with an hour. It's been 32 hours now and no call or text from Derrick. This is the most inconsiderate, unprofessional, insensitive, waste of time that we have experienced...not to mention the lost of some income. We lost a whole day, waiting for Derrick to call, so the job could be completed. No call. No text. No update. Nothing. He is unprofessional and unreliable. He is NOT RECOMMENDED.

We got a tow to his place, just hoping he could fix it so we could get home. Jake was incredibly nice and professional, and he knows his stuff. He was completely transparent about cost, and very reasonable. He worked tirelessly on our car for 4.5 hours and he got it done!! Located a few miles from the AZ state line, the price for regular gas w credit card went from $5.40 CA to $2.30 AZ. Damn!! The Wendy's inside was busy but they ran a well oiled operation. In their main shop, there were many packaged grab & go options; sandwiches, wraps, salads, etc. Numerous coffee creamer options, tea, etc. Central bathrooms were clean & well stocked.

I am always too late to get their soups at 12-3AM unfortunately (I keep thinking about that pot pie soup to this day!). Their snack and candy aisle is always prepared with some tasty treats. Staff always seem buff and pleasant. Never tried their public restrooms so I can't share how they are here for being such a high traffic stop. At 2am- no teslas at the charging stations so it's a big contrast to during the day when the charging stations are usually a line a few cars back.
