My husband found this company through another chimney sweep company. The technician, John, was able to come on MLK holiday. He listened to what we needed, did a thorough inspection, and worked on repairing the pilot. It took him less than an hour to get everything working. The price he told us was very reasonable. We were relieved when he told us that our igniter was no longer working and we needed to replace it. He said that he would need a couple of days to quote the price for the igniter, and then when the part arrived, he would schedule the service to replace the igniter. I thought I needed new gutters but this guy was SO honest he said my gutters were fine I only needed to add the guards . He found the leak & added a new attic fan ( mine wasn't turning ) and fixed that too. I was impressed bc he did exactly what he said , he didn't try to upgrade me or oversell - this is an honest business - he could have done the gutters - I thought I needed, but he didn't . The quality of the gutter guards was good , he did a great job and was thorough. The cost was more than fair imho . He doesn't speak fluent English but it was no barrier - his wife interpreted during the estimate. He came to do the work on time & could understand me with no problem . I highly recommend this company .
